Bank Report Highlights Albania’s Property Chaos
World Bank report finds Albania’s property system is in chaos due to unclear legal procedures and administrative failures that have hampered reforms.

“Despite several attempts at reform, immovable property rights in Albania are not adequately secure and represent an important governance challenge,” the report issued on Thursday said.

Was Insidern seit langem bekannt ist, aber an der Inkompetenz der NATO Politiker T (siehe das Georg Soros Verbrecher Syndikat uach rund um den ICG und andere NGO’s), welche nur Fake Erfolgs Geschichten mit allen Mitteln mit Balkan Banditen verkaufen wollen und an kriminellen Privatisierungen verdienen wollen.

Erhard Busek, ein uralter Balkan Kenner, der gute und hoch dotierte Jobs immer hatte, seit 15 Jahren, fordert nun: Das Gespräche endlich beginnen zwischen Serbien und dem Kosovo, über die Teilung des Kosovo. Abschlliessend erfolgt eine Förderation mit Albanien, denn die Banditen Clans, wollen dort mit Sicherheit nicht die Macht teilen in ihren Regionen.

Immerhin verbreitet das Erste Mal, ein Erhard Busek, die einzige Lösung, für das NATO Kriegs Debakel! Erhard Busek, braucht also 15 Jahre, bis er einmal auch was Richtiges unternimmt und sagt.

Kosovo partition would be “best solution”

PRIŠTINA — Former Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe Coordinator Erhard Busek has stated that Kosovo and Serbia should start talking about partition.

Busek told Priština-based Kohavision TV that this would be the best solution that would allow Kosovo to be recognized by Serbia and five EU member states that still had not recognized its independence.

He also proposed an exchange of territory so that “the Preševo Valley is annexed to Kosovo and northern Kosovo to Serbia”, which would in his opinion, provide a sustainable solution for the Balkans.

“I am convinced in the end that the partition is a solution if nothing else is possible,” Busek noted.

He added that favorable conditions for the continuation of the Belgrade-Priština dialogue would be created after the elections in Serbia. B92
