Man kann es kaum glauben, aber selbst auf Nachfrage, erklärt er diese Forderung, weil Menschenfleisch, sei viel gesünder! Ab Minute 6 !
Auch andere Ausführungen sind vollkommen extrem, so das alle Türkischen Putzfrauen, direkt bei der Stadt angestellt werden.

Für die Kreiswahl in Frankfurt stellt sich ein Freier Kandidat auf, der es vor einem Jahr schonmal versuchte. Sein Name ist Kadim Sanli. Damals vermuteten viele schon, dass Kadim Sanli als Propagandawerkzeug eingesetzt wird, um die ausländischen Bürger (besonders Türken) in ein schlechtes Licht zu rücken. Aber macht euch selbst mal ein Bild von ihm:

Hier mal ein Bild von seinem damaligen Wahlprogramm von 2007, was sich aber seitdem auch nicht viel geändert hat. Die meisten Punkte findet man in seinem aktuellen Programm:

Das neue Wahlprogramm konnte ich auf die schnelle leider nicht im Internet finden, da seine Website (www.kadimsanli.de) derzeit nicht erreichbar ist. Warum auch immer.

Damit auch keiner glaubt, ich würde scherzen:

Die FAZ schrieb 2007 über Kadim Sanli:

“Hinter der Kandidatur von Aita und dem türkischstämmigen Kadim Sanli vermutet Ribaudo ein abgekartetes Spiel. Verdächtige will er nicht nennen, aber er glaubt: „Da hat jemand Angst, dass ein ausländischer Bewerber alle Ausländer bewegt.“ Deshalb habe „eine von den großen Parteien“ die beiden anderen Kandidaten ins Rennen geschickt. Pasquale Aita habe so etwas angedeutet. Der sagt am Telefon nur: „Kein Kommentar.“ Das immerhin tut er bedingungslos.

Rätseln lässt das Plakat des dritten unabhängigen Außenseiters, des türkischstämmigen Deutschen Kadim Sanli. Neben seinem Kopf steht dort als zentrale Botschaft: „Puffhaus Frau Zurück Kommen Zu Rathaus“. Und wer noch rätselt, was der 43 Jahre alte arbeitslose Kandidat damit meinen könnte, dem fallen neben Sanlis Liebe zu Großbuchstaben bald noch einige weitere Botschaften auf, zum Beispiel die etwas nebulöse Forderung: „Heißkochhäuser Erweitern, Damit Jeder Bedürftige Warmes Essen Bekommt“. Oder das Kryptische: „Privat Bus Und Privat Strom Wird Wieder Zurück Anstatt Monopol“.

Auch Sanli, der im Dezember noch großzügig eine „Roportasch“ angeboten hatte, geht nun leider nicht mehr an sein Handy. Dabei gibt es durchaus Vernünftiges auf seinem Plakat, über das es sich zu reden lohnte: den Döner zum Pflichtpreis von zwei Euro zum Beispiel. Oder das jährliche Schönheitsfestival für alle Bürger. Was immer das sein soll, es klingt sehr verheißungsvoll.”

Was haltet ihr von Kadim Sanli? Was ist der Zweck seiner Kandidatur? Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass er es wirklich ernst meint. Für mich macht er sich nur lächerlich.
Ich überlege schon, ob ich ihn wählen sollte. Was würdet ihr ihm vorschlagen? Würdet ihr ihn wählen?

SHBA i kërkon llogari Arvizusë për trafikun Iran-Shqipëri, Berisha luan me terrorizmin

Kryeministri Sali Berisha luajti sot me kartën e fundit të tij. Të patriotizmit dhe celulave antikombëtare apo segmente antishqiptare siç i quajti edhe vetë. Informacionet që ka siguruar agjencia e lajmeve AMA flasin për një tangjente të qëllimtë politike të kreut të mazhorancës, që shërben njëkohësisht si kërcënim ndaj ndërkombëtarëve por edhe për të fshehur gjurmët ndaj publikut. Çfarë ka ndodhur?.

Me lojën e antishqiptarizmit dhe segmenteve, Berisha po përpiqet të bindë shqiptarët se opozita nuk e do vendin dhe është dashakeqëse. Por nga ana tjetër ka informacion se CIA i është vënë këmba këmbës për trafikun e drogës me Iranin ku ka bashkëpunuar për disa muaj në marrëveshje të fshehtë. Prej ditës që i është zbuluar kjo lidhje (fal dëshmisë së oficerit të Gardës Iraniane), kryeministri nuk ka gjetur qetësi. Bëhet fjalë për tre javët e fundit. Nuk ka dhënë asnjë deklaratë publike për ngushëllime ndaj familjes së oficerit të SHISH në Durrës, duke u munduar ta shesë si vetëvrasje. Nuk ka folur për artikullin e “The Times” që e lidh Shqipërinë me terroristët islamikë dhe Iranin. Ka urdhëruar prerë mediat afër tij që të mos lëshojnë asnjë “gërmë” rreth kësaj çështje edhe sikur lufta të plasë.

Por nuk ka bërë llogaritë siç duhet. Kjo pasi tashmë CIA (sipas informacioneve që zotëron agjencia), tashmë i ka mbledhur provat që çojnë hetimin në një bashkëpunim kriminal Iran-Shqipëri për të ndihmuar terrorizmin. Burime të rezervuara thonë se janë zbuluar të gjitha fluturimet e kryera me avionë dhe lundrimet, pavarësisht se agjenti i SHISH u eliminua. Provat kanë mbetur duke mos u fshirë të gjitha. Janë zbuluar transaksionet, hyrje daljet e personave të dyshimtë dhe pajisja e tyre me dokumente shqiptare. Akuza ndaj qeverisë është e gatshme, “bashkëpunim me terrorizmin”. Që prej vizitës në Izrael, ku Berishës iu tha nga burimet e tij se situata është përkeqësuar dhe SHBA disponon prova të besueshme, kryeministri e bëri Ahmedinexhadin publikisht nazist (nuk kishte folur kurrë më parë për të).

E që prej kthimit nga spiritualizmi izraelit nuk ka gjetur qetësi deri në gjendjen e të fikëtit të pretenduar por që ishte një paralizë e pjesshme e mbajtur e fshehtë. Pikërisht për këtë shkak Berisha po përpiqet të tërheqë vëmendjen në popull duke bërë lojën e tij. Por burimet i thanë agjencisë tonë të lajmeve se brenda pak ditësh pritet një lajm edhe më i bujshëm që do e fundosë fare qeverinë dhe mund ta implikojë të gjithë vendin në një spirale që mund ta rrezikojë seriozisht. Për këtë shkak kryeministri po ndërmerr të gjitha manovrat, por mbahet nën mbikëqyrje të rreptë nga BE dhe SHBA. Këto të fundit e dinë rrezikshmërinë e tij dhe lojën me kërcënimin terrorist që u ka bërë dhe vazhdon që t’u bëjë. Por nuk kanë ndërmend ti japin më mbështetje si dikur. Gjithashtu mësohet se Hillari Klinton në një telegram ndaj ambasadës amerikane në Tiranë, i ka kërkuar llogari përse nuk kanë dhënë informacion për lundrimet e anijeve, fluturimet e avionëve me drogë, vrasjen e oficerit të SHISH, të huajt e dyshimtë qëlëvizin në Shqipëri dhe detaje të tjera. Prej disa javësh posti i Aleksandër Arvizu është në rrezik të madh dhe fati i tij varet vetëm nga Uashingtoni, nëse në të vërtetë nuk ka informuar departamentin sipas rregullave.

Djindjic’s mother and sister files lawsuit against Covic and Ilic

Zoran Djindjic’s mother Mila and sister Gordana Filipovic Djindjic have filed lawsuit against politicians Nebojsa Covic and Velimir Ilic accusing them to have been involved in assassination of Serbian Premier.

In the lawsuit that ‘Blic’ had the insight into, there is written that both politicians
are ‘guilty for not having reported preparations for assassination and attack on the
constitutional order’. Covic has been also said to have instigated to assassination.

 

 

 

Proofs – testifying by members of Zemun gang

The lawsuit refers to public testifying by witnesses-collaborators Dejan Milenkovic
Bagzi and the written statement by the latest arrested member of the Zemun gang Milos Simovic. Among proofs there is also a letter which Milorad Ulemek Legija sent to Velimir Ilic in February of 2003.

 

The lawsuit also quotes statements by Covic and Ilic about support by the DSS leader Vojislav Kostunica. Srdja Popovic, lawyer of the Djindjic family has filed lawsuit against Vojislav Kostunica for assassination of the Premier.

 

Agreement with Covic

In the new lawsuit there is written that the witness-collaborator Milenkovic testified, and the court accepted, that Covic had supported assassination of Zoran Djindjic.

Velimir Ilic

Namely, Milenkovic said that at the beginning of February, 2003 Dusan Spasojevic in the presence of Milos Simovic and Aleksandar Simovic told Covic in a flat in Vojvode Stepe Street where they met, that Ulemek had made an agreement with Covic. Milenkovic says to have heard from Spasojevic that Ulemek was maintaining contact with Covic via person he named ‘Aca Bulic’s mother’.

 

The most recent arrested member of Zemun gang Dusan Simovic confirms statement by Milenkovic adding his knowledge about the meeting with Ulemek.
‘Ulemek showed by gesticulation the lower part of ear what meant that Djindjic should be killed. He took a newspaper and crossed the Premier’s photograph. He said to have been at the meeting where Coki requested that from him.

 

At that time that name meant nothing to me. We asked who he had referred to and Ulemek said Coravi and wrote the name of a person who ordered assassination. Ulemek told Spasojevic that after assassination of Djindjic Coki would be appointed Prime Minister, that he did not want to work with people less capable than he’, Simovic wrote.

Introduction:

The articles in this file are from the mouth of Slobodan Milosevic, from Steven Erlanger of the New York Times, Paul Watson of the Los Angeles Times and from others. Chris Hedges begins, confirming the internationally recognized terrorist nature of the KLA in early 1998, when the police attacked the Jashari clan at Prekaz, precipitating the subsequent civil war or insurrection –depending on your view. Erlanger and Watson both filed stories during trips into the heart of Kosovo in mid-May, from the midst of the NATO bombing campaign. Maggie O’Kane tracked down a Serb “cleaner” in Belgrade after the event.

Mr. Milosevic’s words need parsing, just as Mr. Clinton’s do. The Serb claims not to have acted against Albanian “citizens” since the NATO bombing began, but it appears from the May 30th NY Post interview of Milan Petrovic, that there was a concerted effort to chase illegal immigrants –tens of thousands who moved in from Albania and elsewhere since 1945– out of Kosovo. Suspected KLA supporters were also deliberately arrested and/or harassed. The war crimes tribunal will view these actions as crimes against humanity, while Belgrade will assert a right to evict illegal immigrants and to suppress an armed insurrection by internationally acknowledged terrorists. In Yugoslavia’s view, ejecting rebels and illegals is little different than Fidel Castro’s Mariveles boat lift during the Carter Administration; and as we know, Castro was never indicted for “crimes against humanity.”

Mr. Milosevic, in a TV interview, plus one with Arnaud De Borchgrave of UPI, confirmed that “citizens” had not been targeted and that many Serbs who committed violent crimes against Albanians had been jailed. Erlanger and O’Kane confirm that Serbs who committed murder, rape, arson and robbery had, indeed been jailed. But this is not the entire story, which awaits resolution of the crisis and left the door open for the ICTY indictment.

It is clear that, though many nasty things occurred in Kosovo in the aftermath of the NATO bombing campaign’s onset, it is not to the magnitude of genocide repeatedly alleged by NATO propagandists. Retail or wholesale; systematic or spontaneous? Maybe a bit of both, as is usual in extreme moments in crises –people are pushed beyond their limits. Belgrade asserts that it is punishing its criminals and that over 350 perpetrators have been sentenced to jail terms as long as 20 years for their excesses as Erlanger reports, but the ICTY intends to prosecute these as systematic crimes against humanity and war crimes.

There were two overlapping groups that were the focus of Serb actions after NATO’s bombing started; one were the hard-core KLA supporters. The other were those Albanians who migrated into Kosovo from Albania and elsewhere illegally, and who may have obtained fraudulent citizenship documents from the autonomous Albanian government of Kosovo from 1974-1989. This latter group included many who had profited from their activities in the “Kosovo Heroin Mafia” or were suspected of such as they built large modern houses and “flashed” their money around , as nouveau riche always do.

The Serbs are not the only threat refugees fear; Albanian girls face a greater threat to their chastity, it appears, from Albanian Mafia gangs kidnapping girls for their prostitution rackets in Milan and elsewhere, as the Times of London reported below –other confirming articles are to be found in other archives.

There was a significant amount of local settling of scores by paramilitaries, and indications of a couple of massacres. But even after the indictments handed down by the International Crimes Tribunal -Yugoslavia (ICTY) in late May, there remains little published evidence of wide-spread and large-scale massacres or mass rapes, though refugees and NATO continue to assert a large-scale pattern of such abuses. In the end, the truth will be tragic enough, with all sides bearing a portion of responsibility.

In another era the Jashari clan, which oversaw a large black-market smuggling network, would have faded away into local folklore. The Balkans are filled with small-time renegades who combine criminal activity with thin, separatist ideologies. Instead, by leveling Prekaz with 20 mm antiaircraft cannons and killing more than 50 people, including many old people, women, and children, the Serbs made the Jasharis into martyrs. U.S. Special Envoy to the Balkans Robert Gelbard gave what many have interpreted as a green light to Belgrade to go after the rebel bands by announcing in Pri’stina on February 23, 1998, that the KLA “is without any question a terrorist group.” He went on to add that the United States “condemns very strongly terrorist activities in Kosovo.” Within two weeks Serb forces had turned Prekaz into a smoldering ruin, killed close to a hundred people, and ignited the uprising.

A few days after the Jashari compound was flattened with mortar and cannon shells, I wandered among the piles of brick and cement. In the ruins of one room lay a blackened book with a map that showed a Greater Albania that included Kosovo, parts of Serbia, much of Macedonia, and parts of present-day Greece and Montenegro. The map was drawn up on July 1, 1878, when the bajraktars, or clan chieftains, from the Turkish realms of the southwest Balkans founded the League for the Defense of the Albanian Nation. The book was a potent reminder of what the war was about — especially since, with most ethnic Albanians concentrated in homogeneous areas bordering Albania, the drive to extend Albania’s borders remains feasible.

January 17, 1999: Large Number of Mujaheddin Entering Albania

The Greek press reports that Afghan mujaheddin are entering Albania in large numbers. Osama bin Laden is named as one of those who have organized groups to fight in Kosovo to fight alongside the Albanians. According to the Arab-language news service Al-Hayat, an Albanian commander in Kosovo code named Monia is directly linked to bin Laden, and commands a force that includes at least 100 mujaheddin. An Interpol report released on October 23, 2001 also reveals that a senior bin Laden associate led an elite KLA fighting unit in Kosovo. According to the report, bin Laden also maintained extensive ties with the Albanian mafia. [Ottawa Citizen, 12/15/2001]

Rechtsextremismus in Rumänien

 

 

Rechtsextreme machen gegen Minderheiten wie Roma mobil

 

Nach dem Sturz des rumänischen Diktators Ceauşescu blieb von dessen national-kommunistischen System nur der Nationalismus. Aus den Trümmern der Diktatur wucherten in kürzester Zeit die alten chauvinistischen Klischees.

 

Rumänien im Januar 1990. Im undurchsichtigen Machtpoker nach der Hinrichtung des kommunistischen Staats- und Parteichefs Nicolae Ceauşescu und seiner Frau Elena entwickelte sich der Nationalismus der alten Kader zu einer parteiübergreifenden Ideologie. Diese erreichte eine radikale und militante Ausdrucksform vor allem in einigen rechtsextremistischen Organisationen.

Im nationalistischen Taumel

Neben nationalen sind auch sexuelle Minderheiten im Visier der RechtsextremistenDie fatale Ähnlichkeit der “neuen” Parolen mit der völkisch angehauchten Agitation aus der Ceauşescu-Zeit fiel den meisten Mitgliedern dieser Organisationen gar nicht auf. Die Huldigungslieder mythisch verklärter Volkshelden werden von Demonstranten ebenso angestimmt wie die abgewandelten Kampflieder der faschistischen Legionäre aus den dreißiger Jahren. Die minderheitenfeindlichen Akzente dieser Lieder versetzten viele in einen nationalistischen Taumel.

Die politische Wende von 1989 ermöglichte auch die Wiederaufbereitung der längst untergegangen geglaubten klerikal-faschistischen Legionärsideologie. Als Konsens unter den rumänischen Rechtsgruppierungen gilt bis heute die Leugnung des Holocaust und der von den Legionären angezettelten antisemitischen Pogrome. Während der militär-faschistischen Antonescu-Diktatur von 1940 bis 1944 wurden fast 400.000 rumänische Juden in KZ-ähnlichen Einrichtungen getötet. Die rumänischen Nationalisten bestreiten diese Gräueltaten bis heute.

Anspruch auf Alleinvertretung

Antisemitismus wie hier ist in Parteiprogrammen nur verschleiert zu findenDie nach der Wende entstandenen rechtsextremen Parteien sind jedoch untereinander heillos zerstritten. Radu Sorescu, Gründer und Chef der sogenannten “Partei der Nationalen Rechten”, lehnt alle anderen ultranationalistischen Organisationen ab und bezeichnet sie als “organisierte Vaterlandsverräter”. Einzig und allein in der vom rumänischen Hitler-Bewunderer Corneliu Zelea Codreanu gegründeten Legionärsbewegung findet er nachahmenswerte ideologische Anknüpfungspunkte.

In dem von Sorescu erträumten Staatsmodell wird es keinen Platz mehr für nationale Minderheiten geben. Deshalb haben er und seine Parteigenossen sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die sogenannte “Zigeunergefahr” zu bekämpfen, die Roma in “Reservaten” zu internieren und einen “ethnokratischen Staat” zu errichten, an dessen Spitze nur Blutsrumänen stehen sollen.

Die “Führer” der rechtsextremen Gruppierungen in Rumänien erheben eifersüchtig den Anspruch darauf, einzig und allein die Ideale der rumänischen Nation zu vertreten. Deshalb sind sie unversöhnlich untereinander zerstritten und haben kein gemeinsames Aktionsprogramm. Auch nicht mit der “Partei Groß-Rumänien”, die bis im Jahr 2008 im rumänischen Parlament vertreten war und deren Chef Corneliu Vadim Tudor heute Abgeordneter im Europäischen Parlament ist. Seine national-populistischen Reden tragen den Stempel rechtsextremer Demagogie. Er schürt absurde Überfremdungsängste, die in einem Land wie Rumänien oft auf fruchtbaren Boden fallen.

Europäische Bündnispartner bevorzugt

Neue Rechte firmiert um in Nationalistische ParteiAuch die 2001 gegründete Organisation “Noua Dreaptă” (”Neue Rechte”) lehnt die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen ultrarechten Konkurrenten ab. Diese von Rechtsanwalt Tudor Ionescu geführte Gruppierung definiert sich als “radikal, militant, nationalistisch und christlich-orthodox”. Die Neue Rechte plädiert für einen starken rumänischen Nationalstaat, für die bedingungslose Vereinigung Rumäniens mit der Republik Moldau, für die drastische Bestrafung dessen, was sie als “Zigeunerkriminalität” bezeichnet, für ein totales Abtreibungsverbot. Gleichzeitig definiert sich diese völkisch orientierte Gruppierung als eine euroskeptische Gegnerin des Multikulturalismus und der NATO. Auf ihrem Programm stehen auch die Bekämpfung des “ungarischen Separatismus” und der Homosexuellen.

Herr Lieberman ist ein gewöhnlicher Nationalist, welcher die Unterdrückung der Palästinenser verschärfen will. Aus diesem Grund steht Herr Lieberman auf der Seite der serbischen Nationalisten. Er befürchtet am Fall Kosova einen weiteren Meilenstein, der dem Streben der Palästinenser nach Selbstbestimmung AUFTRIEB verschaffen könnte. Letztendlich ignoriert Herr Lieberman den Fakt, dass es in Israel und in den besetzten Gebieten Palästinenser gibt, genauso wie der serbische Nationalist die Rechte der Albaner ignoriert. Völlig anders ist die Haltung des bekannten isrelischen Friedensaktivisten Uri Avnery, letzterer hat in vielen Artikeln und Stellungnahmen für die Rechte Kosovas Stellung genommen. Um das schlechte Image seines Landes aufzupolieren, hat Premier Thaci vor einiger Zeit, die PR-Firma Saatchi & Saatchi beauftragt, mit einer Werbekampagne Kosova in ein helleres Licht zu rücken. Das kostet Kosova knapp sechs Millionen Euro. Auf süddeutsche.de ist zu lesen: „Ein westlicher Diplomat empört sich über diese “Geldverschwendung”. Mit zehn Millionen Euro, so der Mann, könnte die Regierung den Müll beseitigen, der im Kosovo überall herumliegt. Das wäre zurzeit womöglich die beste Werbung für den jüngsten Staat der Welt.“ Hinter der PR. Firma Saatchi & Saatchi soll nach Berichten von Cohu, Herr Rabvogel stehen. Letzteres wird in Kosova von einigen Kreisen zur Schaffung einer antijüdischen Stimmung missbraucht.

Një skandal i vërtetë ka shpërthyer në diplomacinë shqiptare. Në shtator të këtij viti, një media e Çekisë raportonte se makinat e ambasadës shqiptare përdorej për trafik droge. Tabloidi çek shkruan se një person i arrestuar për trafik droge, i quajtur Agim Saraçi, një kosovar, ka përdorur makinën e ambasadës shqiptare që nga viti 2004 deri në vitin 2010. Në gazetë përmendet emri i konsulles Katerina Xhelo, e cila ka lejuar përdorimin e makinës që nuk kontrollohet për shkak të Konventës së Vienës.

Emisioni Fiks Fare e ka gjurmuar më shumë këtë çështje dhe ka dërguar një gazetare në Çeki. Ajo ka intervistuar Jakub Fridrich, drejtori i qendrës kombëtare të antidrogës në Çeki. Ai pohon faktet e publikuara në gazetë. “Agim Saraçi përdorte makinën e ambasadës shqiptare nga viti 2004 deri në vitin 2010 kur u arrestua për trafik droge. Formalisht ka pasur leje me shkrim nga ambasada, por nuk ka pasur pasaportë diplomatike,” tha Fridrish.

Ai deklaroi më tej se Ministria e Jashtme e Çekisë ka konfirmuar se personi i hetuar ka bashkëpunuar me ambasadën shqiptare.

“Personi që nuk ka imunitet diplomatik nuk mund të përdorë makinën e ambasadës. Një lidhje mes ambasadës dhe këtij personi është, por karakterin konkret nuk e di, nuk mund të shprehem,” tha Fridrish.

Drejtori i qendrës së antidrogës shton se kanë kërkuar të dinë më shumë nga ambasada se çfarë pune ka bërë Saraçi. “Në fazën e parë na thanë se personi kishte leje të përdorte makinën për arsye teknike, për kontrolle teknike. Personi në fjalë na u tha që ishte këshilltar i jashtëm i ambasadës shqiptare,” tha Fridrish duke shtuar se sido që të jetë, ai nuk kishte imunitet për të përdorur makinën.

Për më tepër, Fridrish thotë se i ngarkuari me punë në ambasadën tonë, Genc Peçani i ka kërkuar të përgënjeshtrohet artikulli.

“Unë e refuzova sepse nuk dua të përgënjështroj artikuj ku unë nuk jam autor. Ambasada nuk ka dhënë arsyetime bindëse për këtë person,” tha Fridrish. “Sipas meje makina e ambasadës është keqpërdorur,” shtoi ai.

Der Chef Ausbilder des Albanischen Mafia Diplomaten Corps und Botschafter damals in der Tschei: Qazim Tepshi, der seinen enormen Reichtumg und Immobilien Vermögen in der Mafia Stadt Durres, nicht einmal dem Finanzamt erklären konnte.

Drogen Handel der sogenannte Albanischen Diplomaten wie Quazim Thepsi ist so eine Art Standard Sport, besonders bei den Leuten um den Duka Clan. 2010 gab es allerdings noch keine Festnahmen, Albanischer Diplomaten, was wohl daran liegt, das man auf die grüne Liste der EU kommen will für die Visa Freiheit.

Qazim Tepshi, war u.a. President of the Albanian Institute of Diplomatic Studies und als Top Mitglied der Kosovo Mafia auch in der Rambouillet Konferenz in 1999, die zum Kosovo Krieg führte. In Pakistan war Q. Tephi, in 2006 Botschafter, was natürlich besonders wichtig ist, weil über Pakistan die Produkte der Drogen Labors verteilt werden.

Diese Leute schrecken auch nicht vor Mord zurück und lassen Journalisten zusammen schlagen, was die Standard Vorstellung des Albanischen Fuß Präsidenten nun mal so ist. Die Familie Thepsi, baute als eine der Ersten in Durres eine absolute Luxus Villa, natürlich vollkommen illegal auf den Hügel von Durres. Natürlich war man auch Abgeordneter im Albanischen Parlament, bzw. gleich Minister wie Agron Duka. Der prominenteste Mord dieser Gruppe war die Ermordung des Polizei Präsidenten Malushi in 2005. Alles Mitglieder der SP Partei in Albanien, welche ja in besonderer Weise, von Gerhard Schröder, Joschka Fischer und den GTZ Kriminellen, wie dem Lobby Verein DAW gefördert wurden. Gewisse Leute, haben aus geschäftlichen Gründen, wie die FES und SPD vor allem die Chef von Todes Schwadronen und Drogen Kartelle, als Partner erwählt und Fatos Nano und Ilir Meta (+ Umfeld),ist das absolut Letzte, was in Albanien herum läuft. Es geht doch Nichts über prominente Drogen Bosse und Mörder, als Partner und für Deutsche Autofirmen ebenso! Der Super Drogen Handel, dank der Deutschen Diplomaten ist eine Legende.

The current drug trafficking routes in Albania and their relations with Prime Minister Fatos Nano.

Albania has become an important country for the trafficking of drugs, establishing itself as a safe transit route between East and West. Albania has made available to this kind of traffic its human resources and its political power. Before 1997, the drug trafficking in Albania was blooming through the planting of drug related plants and their sale outside Albania. Strong drugs such as heroin or cocaine were not present at the time because of the lack of serious partners and partners with political power. Former Minister of Interior Agron Musaraj (1993-1996) was a supporter of such groups, but his limited political power could not empower these groups. After Agron Musaraj left, the new interior minister of the Democratic Party, Halil Shamata, proposed new tough legislation against organized crime which was approved in the parliament in Autumn 1996. The legislation included strong punishment for drug and weapon traffickers and very often fixed prison terms.

When I started putting this essay together, it started out as investigation of Richard Armitage as a typical example of the kind of people employed to run the United States on behalf of their imperialist masters. Then I came across a piece written in 2000 by Michael Ruppert of Beyond the Wilderness, that broadened my inquiries as the article links Kellog Brown and Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton to the worldwide distribution of drugs via the global network that Halliburton owns or operates on behalf of the US government and various corporations including major oil companies. A network that evolved over time initially through the CIA’s connection to the drug trade in the Golden Triangle but which has its roots in Nazi Germany over thirty years earlier and its connection to US big business. And in the post-war period, Brown Brothers Harriman were also involved in laundering Nazi money through a Dutch-based bank.And then synchronicity kicked in, as in the middle of writing this piece, I get emailed an article in the New Hampshire Gazette that expands on the piece I included in the ‘Bush Family Saga’ on Prescott Bush, Avril Harriman and Brown Brothers Harriman Bank and its connections to the Nazi Party that it now emerges continued until 1951. What the new information reveals is that the financial connections between US and German capitalism extended even further than had been known until the new documents were released.

A central player in the US/Nazi big business connection was Standard Oil of New Jersey, the Rockefellar-owned corporation that during the 1930s merged with IG. Farben, one of the major backers of Hitler’s National Socialist Party and supplier of the infamous gas Cyklon B used in the extermination camps. Standard Oil (now Exxon) also owned the oil concessions in Saudi Arabia (later to be renamed Aramco). Other major players involved in the Nazi business connection include General Motors, Ford and ITT.

The Bush regime is part of an unbroken link that extends back to the founding of Hitler’s National Socialist Party through the funding it received from Brown Brothers Harriman Banking, Prescott Bush’s bank and the subsequent link between this bank and Kellog Brown and Root, now a subsidiary of Halliburton and its connections to Bush through the Rumsfeld/Cheney connection and their connection to Halliburton. Brown Brothers Harriman Bank owned Dresser Industries, one of the world’s largest oil drilling companies that in 1998, under urging from Dick Cheney was purchased by Halliburton in an $8.1 billion dollar deal. The link is complete. And yes, it is the same Brown in Brown and Root as the Brown Brothers Harriman Bank.

The point is, a clique of key big business interests extending back over several generations runs the US. And that if anyone doubted that, putting it down to wild ideas of a conspiracy, you have to be blind not see it now. That Bush’s wealth descends directly from backing the Nazi Party is incontrovertible and that the Bush family’s involvement in the trade in drugs and weapons as an intrinsic part of the ‘war on communism’, later to become the ‘war on terror’ that extends back thirty years is also incontrovertible.

But why has the current Bush administration hired so many key individuals from the Reagan/Bush years including Richard Armitage, Colonel ‘Ollie’ North, Michael Ledeen, Otto Reich and others? What was so special about a bunch of guys at the centre of the Iran-contra scandal, money laundering operations, drug smuggling and other dirty dealings going back forty years? Enter Ruppert’s article.

Ruppert’s piece illustrates the central role that Brown and Root/Halliburton have played as a global conduit for drugs and the central role that Halliburton/Brown and Root play in Bush’s imperial grab for power. In this context, Armitage suddenly looks like small fry, but consider this; the people who have carried out the imperial policies of subsequent US administrations that extend back to Roosevelt in the 1930s, are people like Armitage, without whom, executing the imperium’s plans could well be severely compromised. Why? A close-knit group of people, all with intimate ties to US intelligence services including the DEA, the CIA and the DIA as well as connections to the banking, oil and defense industries, are also people who are intimately connected to the global trade in drugs, weapons and laundered money. Links that extended to the Vatican Bank, (Banco Lavorno Nationale), BCCI and Nugan Hand. Key players in Iran-contra were also officers or had connections to these banks. Some were involved in laundering money for the CIA. The notorious S&L banking crashes of the 1980s also involved Bush family members.

Deputy under-secretary of state Richard Armitage, the man who “enjoys killing” “[Richard] Armitage, a former Navy SEAL, who reportedly enjoyed combat missions and killing during covert operations in Laos during the Vietnam War, has never been far from the Bush family’s side. Throughout his career, both in and out of government, he has been perpetually connected to CIA drug smuggling operations. Secretary of State Colin Powell, in a 1995 Washington Post story, called Armitage, “my white son.” In 1990, then President Bush dispatched Armitage to Russia to aid in its “transition” to capitalism. Armitage’s Russian work for Bush has been frequently connected to the explosion of drug trafficking under the Russian Mafias, which became virtual rulers of the nation afterwards. In the early 1990s Armitage had extensive involvement in Albania at the same time that the Albanian ally, Kosovo Liberation Army was coming to power and consolidating its grip, according to The Christian Science Monitor, on 70% of the heroin entering western Europe.”

But when it comes to the cabal of individuals grouped around the Bush presidency, many of whom have a history of involvement with assassinations, terrorism, drugs, money laundering and other illegal activities, the motivations, the psychology of the individuals involved has a direct bearing on the nature of the activities. One could justifiably argue that breaking the law in order to further US policies is now inseparable part of ‘doing business’.South East Asia, oil, guns and drugs; Nicaragua guns and drugs; Iran, oil and guns; Israel, guns and oil; Iraq, guns and oil; Saudi Arabia, guns and oil; Albania, drugs and oil; Russia oil and drugs, Central and South America, guns, drugs and oil. In all of these situations the name Richard Armitage crops up time and again over more than thirty years of loyal service to US capitalism.Outrageous? The global trade in cocaine and heroin is estimated at around $500 BILLION and no doubt this is an under-estimate. The US is the major market for drugs just as it is for oil and in turn it is the world’s number one seller of weapons. Is it any wonder that the three commodities go hand in hand and that the US should be at centre of the global trade in these three valuable commodities. “Noting the indiscreet arrogance of Wall Street in engaging in criminal behavior, I wrote in May’s issue, after Citigroup’s brazen acquisition of Mexico’s drug money-laundering bank, Banamex, “It doesn’t matter anymore whether the American public chooses to notice. The fait accompli is that drug money and criminal money are now out of the closet as the most important determinants of economic success for the US financial system. The careless arrogance of these moves only reveals the utter confidence in Washington, on Wall Street and in the banking system that no voices from the wilderness can stop it.” Michael Ruppert

And even as I write, the BBC quotes Armitage as he calls for intensifying the ‘war on terrorism’ as though he were ‘just a diplomat’, completely ignoring the man’s past record and the total airbrushing of history in the classic Stalin mode that goes completely unchallenged.The same names crop up with tedious regularity and raise the issue that far from being the odd ‘bad apple’ or lose cannon, the individuals who now constitute the core of the Bush cabal, have been breaking the law, both domestic and international, in order to further the interests of US capitalism. But what we see now, is way beyond the ‘normal’ practices of furthering US foreign policy. What it formerly chose to hide, it is now brazenly advocates, indeed it forms the core of its policy as outlined in the PNAC and other strategic documents.But it’s the corporations that these individuals have or had an interest in such as Halliburton, Unocal, Boeing, Chevron, Enron before its demise, and a host of other defence, electronics and pharmaceuticals corporations, that have been the principal beneficiaries of the policies of the Bush regime and of previous US administrations, especially Halliburton and the subsidiary, Brown and Root, have both been connected to the drug trade: “A closer look at available research, including an August 2, 2000 report by the Center for Public Integrity (CPI) at www.public-i.org, suggests that drug money has played a role in the successes achieved by Halliburton under Cheney’s tenure as CEO from 1995 to 2000. This is especially true for Halliburton’s most famous subsidiary, heavy construction and oil giant, Brown and Root. A deeper look into history reveals that Brown and Root’s past as well as the past of Dick Cheney himself, connect to the international drug trade on more than one occasion and in more than one way.This June the lead Washington, D.C. attorney for a major Russian oil company connected in law enforcement reports to heroin smuggling and also a beneficiary of US backed loans to pay for Brown and Root contracts in Russia, held a $2.2 million fund raiser to fill the already bulging coffers of presidential candidate George W. Bush. This is not the first time that Brown and Root has been connected to drugs and the fact is that this “poster child” of American industry may also be a key player in Wall Street’s efforts to maintain domination of the half trillion dollar a year global drug trade and its profits. And Dick Cheney, who has also come closer to drugs than most suspect, and who is also Halliburton’s largest individual shareholder ($45.5 million), has a vested interest in seeing to it that Brown and Root’s successes continue.” Moreover, it’s the connection between war, oil, drugs and US corporations that is the key to the Bush imperium, for without war, or preparing for one where would corporations like Halliburton be? Ever since 9/11 the profits of Halliburton have literally shot through the roof. Indeed, ever since 1990, with no country or entity to curb the ambitions of US imperialism, profits from wars of one kind or another have seen the rise of the warfare state that makes the profits made out of the Vietnam War pale into insignificance. And without the ‘war on drugs’, the US would not be in the position to use its economic and military clout to subvert the governments and economies of so many countries around the world. The line between the ‘war on drugs’ and the ‘war on terror’ has effectively dissolved. Linking the two wars is oil, the ‘drug of choice’ for US capitalism. “[E]verywhere there is oil there is Brown and Root. But increasingly, everywhere there is war or insurrection there is Brown and Root also. From Bosnia and Kosovo, to Chechnya, to Rwanda, to Burma, to Pakistan, to Laos, to Vietnam, to Indonesia, to Iran to Libya to Mexico to Colombia, Brown and Root’s traditional operations have expanded from heavy construction to include the provision of logistical support for the U.S. military. Now, instead of U.S. Army quartermasters, the world is likely to see Brown and Root warehouses storing and managing everything from uniforms to rations to vehicles.“As described by the Associated Press, during “Iran-Contra” Congressman Dick Cheney of the House Intelligence Committee was a rabid supporter of Marine Lt. Col. Oliver North. This was in spite of the fact that North had lied to Cheney in a private 1986 White House briefing. Oliver North’s own diaries and subsequent investigations by the CIA Inspector General have irrevocably tied him directly to cocaine smuggling during the 1980s and the opening of bank accounts for one firm moving four tons of cocaine a month. This, however, did not stop Cheney from actively supporting North’s 1994 unsuccessful run for the U.S. Senate from Virginia just a year before he took over the reins at Brown and Root’s parent company, Dallas based Halliburton Inc. in 1995.

“As the Bush Secretary of Defense during Desert Shield/Desert Storm (1990-91), Cheney also directed special operations involving Kurdish rebels in northern Iran. The Kurds’ primary source of income for more than fifty years has been heroin smuggling from Afghanistan and Pakistan through Iran, Iraq and Turkey. Having had some personal experience with Brown and Root I noted carefully  when the Los Angeles Times observed that on March 22, 1991 that a group of gunmen burst into the Ankara, Turkey offices of the joint venture, Vinnell, Brown and Root and assassinated retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant John Gandy.“In March of 1991, tens of thousands of Kurdish refugees, long-time assets of the CIA, were being massacred by Saddam Hussein in the wake of the Gulf War. Saddam, seeking to destroy any hopes of a successful Kurdish revolt, found it easy to kill thousands of the unwanted Kurds who had fled to the Turkish border seeking sanctuary. There, Turkish security forces, trained in part by the Vinnell, Brown and Root partnership, turned thousands of Kurds back into certain death. Today, the Vinnell Corporation (a TRW Company) is, along with the firms MPRI and DynCorp (FTW June, 00) one of the three pre-eminent private mercenary corporations in the world. It is also the dominant entity for the training of security forces throughout the Middle East. Not surprisingly the Turkish border regions in question were the primary transhipment points for heroin, grown in Afghanistan and Pakistan and destined for the markets of Europe.”

It’s clear from the connections between all the players including Colin Powell, whose links to Iran-Contra and who is a close pal of Armitage, and the guns for drugs scandal, Halliburton, Brown and Root, Dyncorp, Vinnell Corporation go all the way back to old man Prescott Bush and his links to financing the German Nazi Party via Brown Brothers Harriman Bank that owned Dresser Industries that is now owned by Halliburton. Dresser built oil platforms in key drug routes around the world including the Gulf of Mexico. What better offloading location could one have than an oil platform.And clearly, the illegal nature of the activities of the Armitages of this world, mixing with drug smugglers, assassins, money launderers, covert arms dealers and the like, means that their actions are already thoroughly compromised. And this is critically important to my analysis because it exposes the so-called morality that the imperialists like to espouse as fundamental to their policies of supposedly supporting human rights, democracy and the like as a complete fraud.So who is Richard Armitage and why is Armitage and his peers — with involvements stretching back to the Vietnam War era and even before — suddenly back in ‘favour’? What is it that they bring to the Bush administration that makes them so important to have onboard?Power, drugs, guns, money and the connections that come with it are at the top of the list and as I hope to show, they go to the very heart of the totally corrupt regime that now runs America. Most important of all, it exposes the ruthless nature of the capitalist system, a system that takes ends justifying the means to the ultimate conclusion, that in order to preserve the system anything goes including the use of drugs as an integral part of projecting US economic and political power.Armitage is, I suppose, typical of the kind of person who does the dirty work of imperialism, whether it’s for money, prestige or personal satisfaction. It has also been reported that, as a sequel to Project Phoenix, an off-the-books assassination program was established in Iran.“The Phoenix or Phuong Hoang Operation was originally designed to “neutralize,” that is assassinate or imprison, members of the civilian infrastructure of the [Vietnamese] National Liberation Front. Phoenix offices were set up from Saigon down to the district level. Their functions were to: (1) collate intelligence about the “Vietcong Infrastructure”; (2) interrogate civilians picked up at random by military units carrying out sweeps through villages; (3) “neutralize” targeted members of the NLF . . . The original Phoenix concept was quickly diluted, for two main reasons: (1) pressure from the top to fill numerical quotas of person to be neutralized; (2) difficulties at the bottom of identifying NLF civilian infrastructure, who were often indistinguishable from the general population, and the near impossibility of proving anyone membership in the NLF. The result was vastly to increase the numbers of innocent persons rounded up and imprisoned, indiscriminately murdered, and brutally tortured in an effort to show results . . . Between 1968 and 1972 hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese civilians were rounded up and turned over to the Vietnamese police for questioning. Such interrogation has usually been marked by brutal torture.

During this same period, there are reports that Shackley, Clines, Secord, and Armitage set up several curious corporations and subsidiaries around the world including Lake Resources, Stanford Technology Trading Group, Compa[g]nie de Services Fiduciaria, CSF Investments and Udall Research Corporation.”

February 1995: Albanian Narco-Terrorism Destabilizes the Balkans

According to a report in Jane’s Intelligence Review, Albanian narco-terrorism, gun-running, and smuggling organizations are becoming a dominant economic, political, and military force in the Balkans. Jane’s expresses the concern that if left unchecked, the Albanian mafia will become powerful enough to control one or more states in the region. Albanian President Sali Berisha “is now widely suspected of tolerating and even directly profiting from drug-trafficking for wider political-economic reasons, namely the financing of secessionist political parties and other groupings in Kosovo and Macedonia.” [JANE’S INTELLIGENCE REVIEW, 2/1/1995]

1996-1999: Albanian Mafia and KLA Take Control of Balkan Heroin Trafficking Route

Albanian Mafia and KLA take control of Balkan route heroin trafficking from Turkish criminal groups. In 1998, Italian police are able to arrest several major traffickers. Many of the criminals involved are also activists for the Kosovo independence movement, and some are KLA leaders. Much of the money is funneled through the KLA (see 1997), which is also receiving support and protection from the US. The Islamic influence is obvious in the drug operations, which for example shut down during the month of Ramadan. Intercepted telephone messages speak of the desire “to submerge Christian infidels in drugs.”[AGENCE FRANCE-PRESSE, 6/9/1998; CORRIERE DELLA SERA (MILAN), 10/15/1998; CORRIERE DELLA SERA (MILAN), 1/19/1999] Testifying to Congress in December 2000, Interpol Assistant Director Ralph Mutschke states that “Albanian organized crime groups are hybrid organizations, often involved both in criminal activity of an organized nature and in political activities, mainly relating to Kosovo. There is evidence that the political and criminal activities are deeply intertwined.” Mutschke also says that there is also strong evidence that bin Laden is involved in funding and organizing criminal activity through links to the Albanian mafia and the KLA.(see Early 1999)[US CONGRESS, 12/13/2000 ]

Mid-1996-October 2001: Ariana Airlines Becomes Transport Arm of Al-Qaeda and Taliban

In 1996, al-Qaeda assumes control of Ariana Airlines, Afghanistan’s national airline, for use in its illegal trade network. Passenger flights become few and erratic, as planes are used to fly drugs, weapons, gold, and personnel, primarily between Afghanistan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Pakistan. The Emirate of Sharjah, in the UAE, becomes a hub for al-Qaeda drug and arms smuggling. Typically, “large quantities of drugs” are flown from Kandahar, Afghanistan, to Sharjah, and large quantities of weapons are flown back to Afghanistan. [LOS ANGELES TIMES, 11/18/2001] About three to four flights run the route each day. Many weapons come from Victor Bout, a notorious Russian arms dealer based in Sharjah. [LOS ANGELES TIMES, 1/20/2002] Afghan taxes on opium production are paid in gold, and then the gold bullion is flown to Dubai, UAE, and laundered into cash.[WASHINGTON POST, 2/17/2002] Taliban officials regularly provide militants with false papers identifying them as Ariana Airlines employees so they can move freely around the world. For instance, one flight on a Ariana small plane in 2000 lists 33 crew members. A former National Security Council official later claims the US is well aware at the time that al-Qaeda agents regularly fly on Ariana Airlines. (However, US intelligence will not learn of the widespread use of forged Ariana IDs until after 9/11.) The CIA learns of Bout’s connection to Ariana and the Taliban in 1998, but takes no action (see 1998). The US presses the UAE for tighter banking controls, but moves “delicately, not wanting to offend an ally in an already complicated relationship,” and little changes by 9/11. [LOS ANGELES TIMES, 11/18/2001; FARAH AND BRAUN, 2007, PP. 139] Much of the money for the 9/11 hijackers flows though these Sharjah, UAE, channels. There also are reports suggesting that Ariana Airlines might have been used to train Islamic militants as pilots. The illegal use of Ariana Airlines helps convince the United Nations to impose sanctions against Afghanistan in 1999, but the sanctions lack teeth and do not stop the airline. A second round of sanctions finally stops foreign Ariana Airlines flights, but its charter flights and other charter services keep the illegal network running.[LOS ANGELES TIMES, 11/18/2001] About nine of the 9/11 hijackers work at the Kandahar airport in 2000, which is Ariana’s main hub (see Summer 2000).

Late 1996: Bin Laden Becomes Active in Opium Trade

Bin Laden establishes and maintains a major role in opium drug trade, soon after moving the base of his operations to Afghanistan. Opium money is vital to keeping the Taliban in power and funding bin Laden’s al-Qaeda network. One report estimates that bin Laden takes up to 10 percent of Afghanistan’s drug trade by early 1999. This would give him a yearly income of up to $1 billion out of $6.5 to $10 billion in annual drug profits from within Afghanistan. [FINANCIAL TIMES, 11/28/2001] The US monitors bin Laden’s satellite phone starting in 1996 (seeNovember 1996-Late August 1998). According to one newspaper, “Bin Laden was heard advising Taliban leaders to promote heroin exports to the West.” [GUARDIAN, 9/27/2001]

1997: KLA Surfaces to Resist Serbian Persecution of Albanians

The Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) emerges to resist Serbia’s campaign against Yugoslavia’s Albanian population. The force is financed by Albanian expatriates and Kosovar smugglers (see 1996-1999) (see Early 1999). According to news reports, the KLA receives some $1.5 billion in drug and arms smuggling profits from Kosovar Albanian traffickers each year. [MOTHER JONES, 1/2000] The US Drug Enforcement Agency office in Rome tells the Philadelphia Inquirer in March 1999 that the KLA is “financing [its] war through drug trafficking activities, weapons trafficking, and the trafficking of other illegal goods, as well as contributions of their countrymen working abroad.” [PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 3/15/1999] Less than a year later, Mother Jones magazine will report that it obtained a congressional briefing paper which states: “We would be remiss to dismiss allegations that between 30 and 50 percent of the KLA’s money comes from drugs.” [MOTHER JONES, 1/2000]

Early 1997-Late 1998: Hijazi Turns Informant for Boston FBI Investigation on Heroin from Afghanistan

Raed Hijazi’s Boston taxi license.[Source: FBI]Raed Hijazi, an al-Qaeda operative later convicted in Jordan for attempting to blow up hotels there, is living and working in Boston with Nabil al-Marabh. According to an FBI source described in media reports as both “reliable” and “high-level,” Hijazi is approached by FBI agents investigating a drug-trafficking network bringing in white heroin from Afghanistan. According to the source, Hijazi becomes “a willing informant” about the network. The source will claim that Hijazi also provided information about “Arab terrorists and terrorist sympathizers,” but the agents were more interested in the heroin trade. [WCVB 5 (BOSTON), 10/16/2001] The timing of this is unclear, but it must have occurred between early 1997 and late 1998, the only time Hijazi lived in Boston (see June 1995-Early 1999). An FBI spokeswoman will decline to comment on the issue except to say, “Based on the reporting, I would question [Hijazi’s] reliability [as an informant].” [BOSTON HERALD, 10/17/2001]

August 13, 1997: US Aware Taliban Are Paying Pakistani Government with Drugs

A classified US cable on this date reveals US intelligence is aware that the Taliban are paying the Pakistani government for wheat and fuel with drugs. The cable suggests that Pakistan is planning to demand hard currency instead of drugs in order to restrain drug trafficking and increase revenue, but it is unclear if this change ever takes place. [US EMBASSY (ISLAMABAD), 8/13/1997 ]

Immerhin hat die Idioten Partei, sogar 30% im Parlament erhalten, was auf den Geistes Zustand der Gesellschaft schliessen lässt. Seine Organisation “Selbsbestimmung”, ist ein reiner Betrieb, für unglaublische Geschichts Verdrehungen, Lügen und als Motor für Ethnische Säuberungen und Morde im Kosovo. Primitiver geht es nun mal gar nicht mehr.

Ein sehr guter Artikel zum Thema von Prof. Wolf Oschliess, über die dümmsten Lügen, was ständig u.a. dieser Albin Kurti Verein verbreitet und mit dem Terroristen und Mörder: Florian Krasniqi. Schulbildung Null bekanntlich im Kosovo (wo selbst die Präsidentin gefälschte, und gekaufte Schulzeugnisse und Diplome hat), was ebenso der Artikel beschreibt.

Die peinlichen Mythen der Albaner, welche ihre Geschichte erfinden und lustig herum fabulieren, ist sowieso ein Zeichen, einer kranken und extrem dummen Kultur.

Wahrheitsliebe ist Mangelware seit 100 Jahren

Ist Albanien eine Gefahr für den Frieden auf dem Balkan? Im Jahr 2012 werden die Albaner lautstark den 100. Jahrestag ihrer „Unabhängigkeit“ begehen. Anlass genug, um geschichtliche Hintergründe des „unabhängigen Kosovo“ und der albanischen Mentalität zu beleuchten.

udiatur et altera pars“, gebot ein Rechtsgrundsatz im alten Rom: Auch der andere Teil möge gehört werden! Diese Pflicht zu rhetorisch-argumentativer Ausgewogenheit ist von vielen Völkern übernommen worden, beispielsweise von den mittelalterlichen Deutschen, denen das eigene Recht befahl: „Eines Mannes Rede ist nur die halbe Rede/ man soll sie billig hören beede“. Auch wir Heutigen kennen den Grundsatz, sogar in doppelter Version – einmal als Prinzip auf rechtliches Gehör vor Gericht und zweitens als presserechtlichen Anspruch auf Abdruck einer Gegendarstellung.

Das „Audiatur et altera pars“ geht zu Recht davon aus, dass die einseitige Rede zumindest desinformierend ist, im Konfliktfall sogar direkt verfälschend: Wer nur den eigenen Standpunkt verficht, neigt zu Lügen und Betrug. Das ist per se gefährlich und kann höchste Brisanz entfalten, wenn z.B. in der Politik notorische Lügner es schaffen, aufgrund von Lügen, Erfindungen und falschen Beschuldigungen internationale Unterstützung und Förderung zu fordern und zu erhalten.

Kosovarische Kunstfertigkeit im Umgang mit der Wahrheit

Ich spreche von den Kosovo-Albanern, bei denen ich seit Jahrzehnten unschlüssig bin, ob ich mehr über die Primitivität ihrer Lügen staunen soll oder über die Unverschämtheit, mit welcher sie das Falschgeld ihrer Lügen in bare Münze einwechseln wollen. Und wie die Alten sungen, so zwitschern die Jungen von der terroristischen Bewegung „Vetëvendosje“ (Selbstbestimmung), wenn sie Gräuelmärchen über serbische Politik verbreiten (Orthographie nach dem Original): „Diese Politik führte zum Tod von mehr als 14.000 Menschen, zur Vergewaltigung der mehr als 20.000 Frauen, zum Brennen von mehr als 120.000 Häusern, und zur Vertreibung von ungefähr 1 Mio. Albaner“.

Im ganzen Kosovo gibt es keine 120.000 albanische Häuser, geschweige denn so viele angeblich von Serben abgefackelte. Dort ist auch kein einziger Albaner getötet worden, es sei denn bei der Abwehr von UCK-Angriffen, keine Albanerin vergewaltigt, es sei denn von albanischen Menschenhändlern. Erst recht wurden keine Million Albaner vertrieben, nur sind ca. 400.000 ab Mai 1999 vor NATO-Bomben nach Makedonien geflüchtet, von wo sie nach wenigen Wochen zurückkehrten, im Schlepptau 120.000 „Plünderungstouristen“ aus Nord-Albanien.

Albanische Untaten sind verbürgt

Die Kosovaren haben Jahrzehnte lang die Volkszählungen boykottiert, die Serbien in seiner Südprovinz Kosovo unternahm. Als die Kosovaren 2011 selber eine Volkszählung ausrichteten, geriet die zum plumpen Fälschungsmanöver, denn es wurden alle albanischen Verbrechen unterschlagen: 230.000 Nicht-Albaner vertrieben. 700 verschleppt, über 1.000 ermordet, rund 1.000 serbische Kirchen und Klöster zerstört etc.

Albanische Untaten sind verbürgt und wurden von Belgrad der internationalen Öffentlichkeit präsentiert, aber der Westen glaubte den Serben kein Wort, den Kosovaren aber jede Lüge. So zählte der österreichische Diplomat Albert Rohan 2008 angebliche Fakten serbischer „Unterdrückungspolitik“ auf: „Unterdrückung der Kosovaren und schwere Menschenrechtsverletzungen in den neunziger Jahren; die weder von Belgrad noch von der Internationalen Gemeinschaft honorierte Politik der friedlichen Mittel der Kosovaren, (…) die ethnische Säuberungsoperation durch die jugoslawisch-serbischen Sicherheitskräfte und paramilitärischen Gruppen im Jahre 1998, in deren Verlauf zehntausende Menschen getötet und mehr als achthunderttausend vertrieben wurden“.

Internationale Kosovo-Politik verbreitet UCK-Lügen

Bereits im Februar 2001 haben die WDR-Journalisten Mathias Angerer und Jo Werth in ihrem Kosovo-Film „Es begann mit einer Lüge“ detailliert dokumentiert, dass restlos alle angeblichen serbischen „Menschenrechtsverletzungen“ zynische Inszenierungen der kosovarischen UCK waren. Aber das half gar nichts, Rohan war stärker.

Rohan ist, wie jeder brave „Habsburger“, ein Serbien-Hasser, für den sich jede Brüsseler Konzession an Belgrad rundheraus verbietet, „denn die EU kann sich nicht die Sabotage ihrer Mission im Kosovo auch noch selbst finanzieren“. Ausgerechnet er wurde von der UN ausersehen, zusammen mit dem Finnen Martti Ahtisaari einen Plan für die Lösung des Kosovo-Konflikts auszuarbeiten. Dafür wurden beide Ende November 2009 im Kosovo mit der „Goldenen Medaille der Freiheit“ dekoriert, denn ihr Plan zwang Serbien zum Verzicht auf 15 Prozent seines Territoriums, woraus die „unabhängige Republik Kosova“ geschneidert wurde.

Ich bitte um Pardon für meinen Vergleich, aber ein passenderer fällt mir nicht ein. Das Kosovo ist so „staatlich“ und „unabhängig“ wie das „Protektorat Böhmen und Mähren“, welches das nationalsozialistische Deutschland im März 1939 erzwang. Dieses „Protektorat“ verschwand so spurenlos, wie hoffentlich auch die „Republik Kosova“ verschwinden wird, denn erstens sind Verträge völkerrechtlich ungültig, die unter Zwang geschlossen wurden, und zweitens ist laut Kant jeder „Friede“ ein Unding, der den Keim künftiger Konflikte in sich trägt. Bis dahin bleibt allerdings alles beim schlimmen Alten: Die Kosovaren bleiben „Europameister“ in international organisierter Kriminalität – vor allem bei Menschen-, Drogen- und Waffenhandel -, die USA decken ihre Verbrechen, die NATO beschützt diesen „Staat“ und die EU bezahlt dieses lebensunfähige Gebilde.

Sind Albaner Nachfahren prähistorischer Urvölker?

Das massive Engagement des Westens für das Kosovo und seine Blindheit für kosovarische Eigenwilligkeit im Umgang mit der Wahrheit sind neuesten Datums. Albaner selber haben sich immer so verhalten, was bereits im 19. Jahrhundert Verwunderung erregte über das Ensemble verfeindeter Bergstämme, die sich untereinander mit wüsten Schimpf- und Spottnamen belegten und nur von den Europäern allgemein „Albanesen“ - „Arberi, Arnauten, Arbanassen, Shqiptaren“ etc. - genannt wurden.

Der deutsche Volkstumsforscher Otto von Reinsberg-Düringsfeld (um 1810-1876) hat das Nichtverhältnis der Albaner untereinander mit zahlreichen Beispielen dokumentiert, während sich Jakob Grimm und sein slowenischer Briefpartner Jernej Kopitar bereits 1829 weidlich über die albanische Sucht lustig machten, als Nachfahren prähistorischer Urvölker aufzutreten. Eine albanisches „Nation“ wurde erstmals 1595 von einem Italiener erwähnt, aber albanisches Selbstverständnis behauptet bis zur Gegenwart, dass Albaner die „einzigen authentischen Ureinwohner von ganz Europa“ sind, die „vor mehr als 4.000 Jahren den Balkan besiedelten und hier eine vor-hellenistische Zivilisation ausbildeten, von der alle späteren Neuankömmlinge profitierten“.

Vor anderthalb Jahrhunderten waren Albaner bescheidener und solidarischer mit ihren balkanischen Nachbarn. 1876 entstand beispielsweise in Mailand ein „Italienisch-arbanasisches Komitee“, das sich vorgenommen hatte, „die tapferen Brüder in Makedonien, Epirus und Albanien aufzurufen, den Jugoslawen die Hand gegen den gemeinsamen Unterdrücker zu reichen“. Einstweilen, so das Komitee weiter, „entbietet es dem großherzigen Slavenvolk seinen brüderlichen Gruß und seine Anerkennung“. Kurz danach kehrten sie sich gegen die Slaven, forderten über die 1878 gegründete „Liga von Prizren“ eine ethnische und politische Vorzugsbehandlung vom osmanischen Sultan, territoriale Autonomie und politische Selbstverwaltung, und bezeichneten sich „nie anders denn als Türken“, wie 1914 der Serbe Dimitrije Tucovic erläuterte.

Die Türken haben die Albaner und ihr Treiben damals nicht ernstgenommen, andere auch nicht, denn Albaner schienen vorzivilisatorische Wesen zu sein. 1927 leitete der deutsche Geograph Herbert Louis (1900-1985) sein Buch über Albanien mit der Feststellung ein, allein der Landesname erwecke „Vorstellungen von einem wilden Gebirgslande mit einer rauhen, kriegerischen Bevölkerung, mit Blutrachesitten und unaufhörlichen inneren Streitigkeiten“. Für Hermann Wendel (1884-1936), Reichstagsabgeordneter und bester Balkankenner, den Deutschland und Westeuropa je hatten, waren Albaner „dreiviertelwilde Indianer Europas“, „von Serbien, Bulgarien und Griechenland um eines vollen Jahrtausends Entwicklungsspanne getrennt“, und Europa solle sich bloß nicht „für die ‚Freiheit‘ der Albaner erhitzen“.

Im Jahre 2012 werden die Albaner mit großem Getöse den 100. Jahrestag ihrer „Unabhängigkeit“ begehen, was gewiss nicht friedfertig ablaufen wird. Wollten die Albaner damals überhaupt „unabhängig“ werden? Ihr „Staat“ entstand, weil Österreich, Italien und andere den gerade im ersten Balkankrieg siegreichen Serben den Zugang zur Adria versperren wollten. Der antiserbische Affekt ist den Albanern gewissermaßen schon in die Wiege der Staatlichkeit gelegt worden.

Zeitbombe Groß-Albanien

Das massive Engagement des Westens für das Kosovo und seine Blindheit für kosovarische Eigenwilligkeit im Umgang mit der Wahrheit sind neuesten Datums. Albaner selber haben sich immer so verhalten, was bereits im 19. Jahrhundert Verwunderung erregte über das Ensemble verfeindeter Bergstämme, die sich untereinander mit wüsten Schimpf- und Spottnamen belegten und nur von den Europäern allgemein „Albanesen“ - „Arberi, Arnauten, Arbanassen, Shqiptaren“ etc. - genannt wurden.

Der deutsche Volkstumsforscher Otto von Reinsberg-Düringsfeld (um 1810-1876) hat das Nichtverhältnis der Albaner untereinander mit zahlreichen Beispielen dokumentiert, während sich Jakob Grimm und sein slowenischer Briefpartner Jernej Kopitar bereits 1829 weidlich über die albanische Sucht lustig machten, als Nachfahren prähistorischer Urvölker aufzutreten. Zeitbombe Groß-Albanien

Die Albaner sind, wie die meisten Balkanvölker, über mehrere Länder zerstreut. Während die Makedonen, von denen etwa die Hälfte nicht in der Republik Makedonien lebt, sich in der Diaspora ruhig und friedlich verhalten, sorgen die Albaner allenthalben für Unruhe, Unfrieden und Unrecht. Christopher Dell, in den späten 1990-er Jahren US-Botschafter in Makedonien, hat damals bereits gewarnt: „Das neue Jahrhundert beginnt für uns mit Sorgen um das Groß-Albanien“. Seither verging mehr als ein Jahrzehnt, und diese „Sorge“ wurde noch gesteigert .

Zwar sprechen die Albaner nicht mehr von „Groß-Albanien“, wohl aber vom „natürlichen, integralen, ethnischen“ Albanien, was aber keinen Unterschied macht. Die Bedrohung, die in dem groß-albanischen Konzept steckt, ist nach wie vor existent und betrifft den ganzen Balkan.

Slavenfeindschaft und Serbenhass

Es ist mittlerweile vergessen, dass Restriktionen im Kosovo in den 1980-er Jahren, etwa die Verhängung des Ausnahmezustands am 27. Februar 1989, von der jugoslawischen Führung verhängt wurden, und dass Serbien vollste jugoslawische Unterstützung hatte, als es am 28. März 1989 dem Kosovo die politische Autonomie wegnahm. Dieser Akt hatte ein Fünkchen von Legitimität, da Belgrad kosovarische Schulbücher geprüft und diese als Pamphlete voller Slavenfeindschaft und Serbenhass entdeckt hatte.

Die nachfolgenden Reaktionen waren beiderseits ein Austausch von Überreaktionen, gipfelnd in dem von Rugova verkündeten Totalboykott aller „serbischen“ Institutionen – Schulen, Universität, Krankenhäuser etc. – und die Einrichtung von „Parallelstrukturen“ im Untergrund. In jugoslawischen Zeiten gab es im Kosovo 400.000 Schüler und mit 197 Studenten pro 10.000 Einwohner die höchste Rate Jugoslawiens. Von Rugovas „Parallelstrukturen“ wurden bestenfalls 100.000 Kinder und Jugendliche erfasst, was internationale Mutmaßungen zu einem exorbitant hohen Analphabetismus im gegenwärtigen Kosovo erklären könnte.

1993 bis 1996 mühten sich Rugova und Milošević, mit Unterstützung des Vatikans sogar erfolgreich, um einen Vertrag zur Wiedereröffnung der Schulen, scheiterten damit aber an den Radikalen beider Lager. Damals war das Kosovo längst unter die Fuchtel der UÇK geraten, einer von der internationalen albanischen Drogenmafia finanzierten Terrortruppe, und in dieser Lage befindet es sich noch.

Der jugoslawische Politiker Edvard Kardelj (1910-1979) erzählte in seinen Memoiren, er habe 1947 bei der Pariser Friedenskonferenz den griechischen Premier Konstantin Tsaldaris getroffen, der ihn vor Albanern warnte: „Ich sage Ihnen: Auch wenn sie derzeit Eure Freunde sind – Albaner haben in der Geschichte noch jeden verraten, sie werden auch Euch verraten“. http://www.eurasischesmagazin.de/artikel/drucken.asp?artikelID=20111215

Die Bilder der Überwachungskamera verstören: Drei Polizisten quälen eine junge Frau auf dem Revier mit Schlägen und Tritten. Die vom Staatsanwalt gedeckte Tat hat in der Türkei jetzt eine Debatte über Polizeiwillkür ausgelöst - denn derart brutale Übergriffe sind keine Seltenheit.

Die Frau wird gestoßen, geschubst, sie taumelt, fällt auf den Boden, doch die drei Männer lassen nicht von ihr ab. Sie halten ihr Gesicht mit der linken Hand fest - um mit der rechten umso fester und gezielter zuschlagen zu können. Die Szene spielt sich ab auf einer Polizeistation in Izmir, im Hintergrund sind Schreibtische zu sehen und Computer.

 

Mehrere Minuten lang ist die Sequenz, aufgezeichnet von einer Überwachungskamera. Tatsächlich wird Fevziye Cengiz noch deutlich länger von den Beamten malträtiert. Die Online-Ausgabe der türkischen Tageszeitung “Vatan” veröffentlichte das Video zusammen mit einem ausführlichen Bericht.Was der Artikel allein wohl nicht vermocht hätte, bewirkte der Film: Die Menschen waren zunächst geschockt, dann empört über die unsagbare Brutalität, mit der die Polizisten immer wieder auf die wehrlose Frau einschlagen, minutenlang.

Andere Medien griffen den Fall auf, die Behörden gerieten zunehmend unter Druck. Schnell stellte sich heraus, dass auch die Justiz nicht viel besser gehandelt hatte als die Polizei.

Die Wellen der Empörung schlugen so hoch, dass sich am Ende der höchste staatliche Vertreter der Provinz Izmir, Gouverneur Mustafa Cahit Kirac, zu einer Stellungnahme genötigt sah. “Das Video ist der reine Horror. Ich entschuldige mich bei Fevziye Cengiz für das Vorgehen der Polizei”.

Die Frau liegt auf dem Boden, die Polizisten prügeln weiter

Fevziye Cengiz ist 37 Jahre alt, verheiratet und hat eine Tochter. Im Juli dieses Jahres besuchte die ganze Familie zusammen mit anderen Verwandten eine Musikhalle in einem Vorort von Izmir.

Plötzlich erschien die Polizei, um die Personalien aller Besucher zu überprüfen. Nachdem Murat Cengiz, der Ehemann von Fevziye, seinen Personalausweis vorgezeigt hatte, ging er zum Auto, um auch den Ausweis seiner Frau zu holen. Die Polizisten hielten das offenbar für ein Ablenkungsmanöver, begannen die Frau zu schlagen und zerrten sie in einen wartenden Polizeiwagen. “Erst auf dem Weg zur Wache und dann in der Polizeistation wurde ich ständig geschlagen und sexuell bedrängt”, gab Fevziye Cengiz später zu Protokoll. …

For the first time, NATO officially named Georgia as an “aspirant” country, a category that had previously been limited to three Balkan nations: Bosnia, Macedonia and Montenegro. In its communique after the foreign ministers’ meeting last week in Brussels, NATO said:

We applaud the significant operational support provided to NATO by our aspirant partners the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia¹, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Georgia.

We reaffirm our Open Door policy and our strong commitment to the Euro-Atlantic integration of our aspirant partners, in accordance with previous decisions taken at the Bucharest, Strasbourg-Kehl and Lisbon Summits. Democratic values, regional cooperation, and good neighbourly relations are important for lasting peace and stability. We welcome progress aspirant countries have made and we encourage them to continue to implement the necessary decisions and reforms to advance their Euro-Atlantic aspirations.

Georgia, naturally, praised the move. From Civil.ge:

Giorgi Baramidze, the Georgian state minister for Euro-Atlantic integration issues, welcomed the wording of the communiqué, saying it was “the first time when Georgia was named in an official NATO document in a status of NATO membership candidate country.”

And Russia, just as naturally, condemned it. From a press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, on the the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia website:

I noted that the communiqué issued yesterday by the Foreign Ministers of NATO contains the term “aspirant partners,” i.e. partners seeking to join NATO. Georgia is among the countries so designated. I openly warned our colleagues that they may unwittingly push Georgia’s current regime toward a repetition of its August 2008 adventure, which occurred shortly after the NATO summit in Bucharest, where it was written down categorically that Georgia would be a NATO member. Given the mentality of Mikhail Saakashvili, I have no doubt that this played an important role in his taking the mad and reckless decision. I expressed hope that NATO will approach responsibly the encouragement of such events in the region, which is strategic for the South Caucasus countries and the Russian Federation. Our closest allies and neighbors live there. I hope that I was heard.

In a background briefing after the NATO-Russia meeting at the Brussels conference, U.S. State Department officials reiterated that Georgia was now in the company of the three Balkan aspirants:

And then finally, we had four countries that would like to become member of the alliance – Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, and Georgia – and we talked about the importance of keeping the door to NATO membership open to these countries and to use the Chicago summit to send a signal of what they would continue to need to do in order to become members, a wide ranging discussion that went deep into the night, until 11 o’clock. And everybody spoke.

Die EU-Mission für Gesetzlichkeit und Rechtsordnung (EULEX) hat am Dienstag am Grenzübergang Jarinje an der Verwaltungsgrenze zwischen Serbien und dem Kosovo einen russischen Autokonvoi mit humanitären Hilfsgütern für die Kosovo-Serben aufgehalten, berichtet ein RIA-Novosti-Korrespondent aus Jarinje.

Der Lastzug besteht aus 25 Fahrzeugen, die mit insgesamt 284 Tonnen Gütern beladen sind. Es handelt sich um Elektrogeneratoren, Schlafdecken, Lebensmittel, Geschirr und Campingmöbel. Die Fracht soll nach Kosovska Mitrovica im Nordkosovo gebracht und dort an eine Zweigstelle des Roten Kreuzes übergeben werden.

Die internationale EU-Polizei (EULEX) besteht darauf, den Konvoi durch das Territorium des Nordkosovo zu eskortieren. In diesem Fall würde der Lastzug auch von albanischen Zöllnern und Polizisten begleitet. Außerdem wurde der russischen Seite vorgeschlagen, die Fracht durch den von den Kosovo-Albanern kontrollierten Grenzübergang Merdare zu transportieren.

Die russische Seite und Vertreter der Kosovo-Serben lehnen diese Bedingungen kategorisch ab.

Russische Diplomaten, darunter der russische Botschafter in Belgrad, Alexander Konusin, führen derzeit am Grenzübergang Jarinje Verhandlungen über die Freigabe der Hilfsgüter durch die EULEX.

Russland schickt zweiten Konvoi mit humanitärer Hilfe für Kosovo-Serben

Ein zweiter LkW-Konvoi des russischen Zivilschutzes mit humanitären Hilfsgütern für die Kosovo-Serben ist am Samstag aus der Stadt Noginsk bei Moskau nach Serbien aufgebrochen.

„Um 6 Uhr ist der zweite LkW-Konvoi des 179. Zentrums des russischen Zivilschutzministeriums mit humanitären Hilfsgütern aus der Stadt Noginsk bei Moskau nach Serbien aufgebrochen“, sagte ein Vertreter des Zivilschutzes.

Die Fracht für die Kosovo-Serben besteht aus insgesamt 160 Tonnen Dieselgeneratoren, Öfen, Klappmöbeln, Haushaltsheizgeräten, Decken und Bettwäschen sowie Lebensmitteln.

Der erste Hilfsgüterkonvoi ist seit dem 7. Dezember unterwegs. Die 25 Lastwagen sollen 284 Tonnen Hilfsgüter in das Kosovo bringen. Das Eintreffen in Kosovska Mitrovica wird zum 12. Dezember erwartet.

Wie Russlands Zivilschutzministerium früher mitteilte, hatte ein russisches Transportflugzeug Il 76 im November die erste Partie mit 36 Tonnen Hilfsgütern für die Kosovo-Serben nach Niš gebracht. Das Rote Kreuz verteilte diese Güter unter den Bedürftigen.

Mehr als 20 000 Serben aus dem Kosovo hatten Anfang November die russische Staatsbürgerschaft beantragt. Damit wollten sie nach ihren Angaben den Schutz bekommen, den ihnen die serbische Staatsführung nicht sichern könne, hieß es.

Russland hat laut Außenamtssprecher Alexander Lukaschewitsch die Anträge der Kosovo-Serben auf die russische Staatsbürgerschaft aus gesetzlichen Gründen abgelehnt, ihnen aber anderweitige Hilfe zugesagt.
