Washington D.C. April 23, 2009 - Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy sought to lift the ban on U.S. citizens traveling to Cuba in December 1963, according to declassified records re-posted today by the National Security Archive. In a December 12, 1963, memorandum to Secretary of State Dean Rusk, Kennedy urged a quick decision “to withdraw the existing regulation prohibiting such trips.”

(Dërguar më: 31/05/09) Rrëzohet muri që ndan Shqipërinë me Kosovën. Kryeministri Berisha shemb murin e fundit në tunelin që lidh Thirrën me Kalimashin, pjesë e autostradës Durrës- Kukës- Morinë. Thaci: “Realizuam një ëndërr. U bashkuam”. Berisha: Tuneli i kushtueshëm, por më i lartë cmimi i bashkimit dhe shërbimit që i bën qytetarëve”.

KUKES- “Përjetuam realizimin e një prej ëndrrave më të bukura të shqiptarëve. Përjetuam shembjen jo të një muri por të një mali, përjetuam shembjen e pamundësisë….. Para së gjithash ky është tuneli i bashkimit të kombit. Nuk ka male, e pengesa, asgjë që mund të ndalë as fizikisht e as shpirtërisht këtë komb”- tha kryeministri Berisha në fjalën e tij, nga një podium të organizuar posaqërisht në dalje të tunelit.

Duke e vlerësuar tunelin e Kalimashit si një nga kryeveprat në fushën e ndërtimit në Europë e më gjerë Berisha tha se tuneli bashkon jo vetëm shqiptarët por dhe rajonin.

“Sot inauguruam tunelin që bashkoi jo vetëm shqiptarët, por me shërbimet që ofron në fushën e transportit e qarkullimit i bashkon më shumë me rajonin, maqedonasit, serbët bullgarët. Tuneli, do të bëjë që brigjet e Shqipërisë e portet e saj ti shërbejnë jo vetëm shqiptarëve në Shqipëri e Kosovë, por të gjithë kombeve të rajonit”.

Gjatë fjalës së tij kryeministri pranoi se hapja e tunelit ka qenë e vështirë dhe e kushtetueshme , por “çmimi i tij është qindra herë më i vogël se vlera morale, se bashkimi që sjell mes njerëzve, dhe shërbimi që i bën qytetarëve, por edhe dalja në det që i jep Kosovës, por dhe fqinjëve të saj.”

Në fund kryeministri falënderoi inxhinierët e punonjësit e Bechtel Enka që realizuan këtë projekt. “Ju do të jeni pjesë e historisë dhe përpjekjeve tona për modernitet”- tha kryeministri duke i shprehur mirënjohjen edhe ish ministrit të Transporteve Lulzim Basha dhe ministrit aktual Sokol Olldashi për përkushtimin që treguan në realizimin e këtij projekti dhe në “zbatimin me përpikmërit të udhëzimeve të kryeministrit”- shtoi Berisha.

Kryeministri kosovar Hashim Thaci tha se sot është një ditë e madhe për të shqiptarët kudo që jetojnë. “Në Kalimash sjell mesazhin e përgëzimit të qverisë së Kosovës për këtë kryevepër. Ekziston një lidhje shumë e fuqishme mes këtij rrugëtimi e Kosovës. Janë të shumta e të pallogaritshme herët kur unë me luftëtarët e mi e bëmë në këmbë këtë rrugë për lirinë e vendit. Sot Kosova e Shqipëria janë si kurrë ndonjëherë më pranë njëra tjetrës e do të afrohen më tepër. Ato janë pranë njëra tjetrës e kështu do jemi përgjithmonë. Kemi qenë të ndarë me shekuj, por kurrë nuk kemi qenë larg. Na ka nda historia, pa drejtësia, na ndanin malet, bjeshkët, sot të gjitha këto pengesa janë zevenëdësuar me punë, ideal dhe dhjetëra ura e tunele komunikimi”- tha kryeministri Thaci.

Ceremonia u mbyll dhe dhjetëra tullumbace të bardha dhe të kuqe që u lëshuan në qiell, ndërsa në sfond ishte kënga e grupit Modern Talking “We can win the race” e cila është dhe kolona zanore e zgjedhur nga PD për këtë fushatë zgjedhore”

Rrëzohet muri që ndan Shqipërinë me Kosovën. Në orën 12. 15 minuta kryeministri Berisha dhe kryeministri Hashim Thaci kanë shtrënguan duart në mes të tunelit të Kalimashit. Kryeministri Beisha i shoqëruar nga delegacioni i tij hyn në tunel nga Thirra ndërsa kryeministri kosovar Hashim Thaci dhe delegacioni i tij u nisën nga krahu i kundërt nga Kukësi.

Ishte kryeministri Berisha i pari i cili mbi një eskavator ka gërmuar në mënyrë simbolike në pengesën e fundit të tunelit. Më pas dy kryeministrat janë afruar për t’i shtrënguar duart njëri-tjetrit. Sot është hapur një nga hyrjet e tunelit Thirrë-Kalimash, ndërsa hyrja tjetër Kalimash-Thirrë, pritet të përfundojë së shpejti.

Kryeministri Berisha dhe grupi prej 20 vetash (përfaqësues të qeverisë dhe kabinetit të tij) që e shoqërojnë kane mberritur ne Thirre rreth ores 11.30. Në të njëjtën orë ka mbërritur edhe kryeministri Hashim Thaci si dhe grupi prej 20 vetësh që e shoqërojnë atë.
Punimet në dy tunelet e Kalimashit, prej 5.6 km secili, janë cilësuar si një nga pikat më kulminate të të gjithë projektit, për shkak të terrenit malor ku është ngritur ai.

Autostrada Durrës- Kukës, një projekt i qeverisë shqiptare, është vepra më e madhe inxhinierike në Shqipëri që ka kushtuar mbi 1 miliardë euro. Shpejtësia e planifikuar për të ecur në këtë rrugë është 80- 100 km /orë. Pjesë e kësaj rruge me dy korsi janë 27 ura. Autostrada do të jetë gati 45 km më e shkurtër se rruga ekzistuese drejt Kosovës, dhe koha e udhëtimit do të reduktohet në dy orë, nga gjashtë orë që është sot.

Punimet për hapjen e këtij tuneli nisën dy vjet më parë kompania amerikane “Bektel” dhe kompania nënkontraktuese turke “Enka”, dhe u punësuan rreth 3400 punonjës, shumica shqiptarë, si dhe në funksion të vazhdimit normal të punës u vunë mbi 1300 mjete të llojeve të ndryshme

Dhjetëra gazetarë nga Kosova janë vendosur që prej ditës së djeshme në qytetin e Kukësit, për të ndjekur nga afër ceremoninë e inaugurimit, si dhe do të marrin pjesë në konferencën e përbashkët për shtyp që do të organizohet nga të dy kryeministrat.

 Wir haben in Hamburg ja nicht nur Aktivitäten von kriminellen Deutschen Lobby Verbänden wie dem OMV und Umfeld u.a. auch mit den OSMANI Clan und wo Kosovaren ihre Zuhälter Ausbildung erhielten, welche mit KFOR Ausweisen auftauchten, sondern Hamburg ist eine besondere Note der SPD Mafia.Und dann der Hintergrund des sogenannten EU Abgeordneten Yurdal Öger, ist ebenso mehr wie peinlich und führt tief in die Geldwäsche Geschäfte von Drogen Clans, MIT, und in Morde in Belgien.

Die SPD operiert nun seit 20 Jahren in Hamburg, wie eine Mafiöse OK Zentrale, nur peinlicher.

Noch peinlicher waren die Aktivitäten von dem ehemaligen Innensenator Schill, der sich wie viele Politiker von der Albaner Mafia direkt mit Frauen versorgen liess in deren Bordellen des Osmani Clans in Hamburg.

Der frühere Hamburger Richter und Innensenator Ronald Schill ist durch ein Video schwer belastet worden. Der Film, der im Internet kursiert und dessen Herkunft unklar ist, zeigt den ehemals wegen seiner harten Urteile “Richter Gnadenlos” genannten Juristen, offenbar beim Schniefen von Kokain. Unklar ist, ob der 49-Jährige davon wusste dass er gefilmt wird. Deutlich ist zu hören, wie der Hamburger, der sich wohl seit Oktober 2004 in der Karibik und Südamerika aufhält sagt: “Aber jetzt wirkt das Koks bei mir, du! Ich fühl’ mich total wach”.

Hausdurchsuchung bei Hamburger SPD-Politiker Ciftlik

Er steht im Verdacht, eine Scheinehe vermittelt zu haben: Die Staatsanwaltschaft ermittelt gegen den Hamburger SPD-Bürgerschaftsabgeordneten Bülent Ciftlik. Er selbst nennt die Vorwürfe “unhaltbar”. Der Landesverband hat ihn als Pressesprecher beurlaubt.

Hamburg - Etwas sperrig klingen die Vorwürfe gegen Bülent Ciftlik im Juristendeutsch: “Es besteht ein Anfangsverdacht wegen Anstiftung zum Verstoß gegen das Aufenthaltsgesetz”, bestätigte der Sprecher der Hamburger Staatsanwaltschaft, Wilhelm Möller, gegenüber SPIEGEL ONLINE einen Bericht der “Bild”-Zeitung.

SPD-Politiker Ciftlik: Ermittler durchsuchten die Privatwohnung

Verständlicher ausgedrückt: Der SPD-Politiker wird verdächtigt, eine Scheinehe zwischen einer 32-Jährigen Deutschen und einem 38-Jährigen Türken vermittelt zu haben. Möller sagte, die Ermittlungen seien von Amts wegen aufgenommen worden, es habe also niemand Anzeige gegen Ciftlik erstattet.Ciftlik weist die Vorwürfe als “unhaltbar” zurück. “Weder handelt es sich bei der Beziehung um eine Scheinehe, noch habe ich in irgendeiner Form zum Zustandekommen der Beziehung beigetragen, sagte er SPIEGEL ONLINE.

Am Freitag durchsuchten Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft die Privatwohnung Ciftliks. Beschlagnahmt wurden dem Zeitungsbericht zufolge ein Computer und diverse Unterlagen. Ciftlik war laut “Bild” während der Razzia, die in den Morgenstunden stattfand, anwesend. Die Ermittlungen liefen bereits seit März.

Als Pressesprecher des SPD-Landesverbandes wurde Ciftlik am Freitag beurlaubt. …………..” Ciftlik war in dieser Woche bereits politisch unter Druck geraten - im Zusammenhang mit der Affäre um verschwundene Stimmzettel bei einer Mitgliederbefragung. Es war bekannt geworden, dass der Parteivorstand die Behörden über Widersprüche in Aussagen Ciftliks informierte hatte.

In Italy, Albanian organized crime gangs appear to control the car trafficking market. One method they employ is to deliberately drive into a car and then when the driver stops to assess the damage to his vehicle, they take the car by force. The cars are then exported to Tirana. A car stolen in central Italy in the morning can be in Albania with its new owner that same evening, Interpol Report.“The vehicles are not only stolen for their own sake; sometimes they are trafficked to finance other crimes,” according to the international police organization Interpol. Europol’s report describes Europe’s stolen-car industry as a complex network of professionals that includes car thieves, technicians, mechanics, document forgers, drivers, and unscrupulous car dealers. These thieves have learned how to disable immobilizers, locate and eliminate tracking devices, and alter VIN numbers, then shipping the vehicles to Dubai UAE for resale.

According to a CNN report the FBI “Officials said ethnic Albanians (MUSLIMS) from Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro” make up the emerging American criminal cartel and “represent a major challenge to federal agents because of their propensity for violence and brutality.” This statement comes several months after Amnesty International declared NATO-administered Kosovo province a hotbed of Albanian organized crime activity (AOC).

The main assassins for the Gambino crime family were ethnic Albanians. Gambino’s Sammy Bull Brovano’s go-to “clipper”, for example, was an ethnic Albanian, Zef Mustafa, whose notoriety for murder and racket was exceeded only by his love of alcohol: was let out on a $5 million bond and has since disappeared from the US.

The money, Al-Fahhad said, had been for Darkazanli’s use in purchasing those cars. Al-Fahhad also acknowledged hiring Seyam to manage Twaik’s rental-car office in nearby Bosnia-Herzegovina.

At Durres, we once again see the suspicious convergence of Albanian Muslim Mafia and the al-Qaeda, both involved in legal and illegal dealings and both aiming at a same thing: detaching Kosovo from Serbia and internationally legitimizing it as Muslim.

At Durres, then, one finds that the Kharafi Group had a $20 million contract for the Durres “port improvement” and Kharafi’s have bin Laden connections because his Albanian point man, al-Qadi, had a company that operated in Albania, the Karavan, that was a partner with the Kharafi Group.

“The Albanian government has frozen the assets of Karavan in two banks in Albania, the International Trade Bank of Malaysia and the Arab-Albanian-Islamic Bank, as well as the buildings under construction,” says a 2002 Report Prepared by the Federal Research Division, Library of Congress under an Interagency Agreement with the Department of Defense.

According to Serbian spies, Yasin al-Qadi had an account in a Swiss bank into which Albanian nationals were depositing their money to finance a war in Kosovo. Yassin al-Qadi was known to have used that Swiss account to transfer moneys to various places where Jihad has been waged and from that account in Switzerland, al Qadi allegedly transferred the money to his Arab-Albanian Islamic Bank in Albania account, out of which he paid the MAK Albania for some fictitious construction contract work that was never done but instead used the contract to move the money into the vaults of Dardania Bank located in the Kosovo’s capital, Pristina.According to the World Bank, Dardania Bank was registered in 1993 by the so-called “government-in-exile” of Kosovo and Athens based newspaper Eleftherotypia claims that the bank was “created with German assistance (2.400.000 marks)”.World Bank also says that Dardania Bank accepts foreign exchange and makes small loans but “is not expected to play a significant role in private enterprise financing.”

Apparently, the World Bank got it wrong because in April of 2000 the Dardania Bank got renovated and became the proto-Central Bank of the Albanian Mafia in Kosovo:The work “has been virtually completed on the Dardania Bank [in Kosovo] building which is now occupied by the Central Fiscal Authority,” a proto-Central Bank for the Kosovo Albanian criminal enterprise under auspices of UNMIK “department responsible for the overall financial management of the Kosovo budget and the budgets of the municipalities that together form the Kosovo Consolidated Budget.”

Thanks to the UNMIK, Albanian mafia and al-Qaeda got themselves a central bank in the heart of Europe, funded by Afghan heroin money and, according to the plan by Marti Ahtisaari, soon to be internationally legitimized with rights to enter World Bank and IMF!

The Balkans’ uncharacteristically silent exit from the world stage as the most prominent international hot spot of the last decade belies its status as a major recruiting and training center of Osama bin Laden’s al Qaeda network. By feeding off the region’s impoverished republics and taking root in the unsettled diplomatic aftermath of the Bosnia and Kosovo conflicts, al Qaeda, along with Iranian Revolutionary Guard-sponsored terrorists, have burrowed their way into Europe’s backyard.

For the past 10 years, the most senior leaders of al Qaeda have visited the Balkans, including bin Laden himself on three occasions between 1994 and 1996. The Egyptian surgeon turned terrorist leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri has operated terrorist training camps, weapons of mass destruction factories and money-laundering and drug-trading networks throughout Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Turkey and Bosnia. This has gone on for a decade. Many recruits to the Balkan wars came originally from Chechnya, a jihad in which Al Qaeda has also played a part.

These activities have been exhaustively researched by Yossef Bodansky, the former director of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare. The February testimony of an Islamist ringleader associated with the East Africa bombings have also helped throw light on these actions.

They have however been disguised under the cover of dozens of “humanitarian” agencies spread throughout Bosnia, Kosovo and Albania. Funding has come from now-defunct banks such as the Albanian-Arab Islamic Bank and from bin Laden’s so-called Advisory and Reformation Committee. One of his largest Islamist front agencies, it was established in London in 1994.

As we approached Pristina I was struck by the number of satellite dishes on all the apartment blocks and buildings. I did not have a satellite dish on my house in Ireland. I was paying for my own postgraduate studies in the National University of Ireland in Dublin and at the same time I was paying a hefty mortgage on my house. A satellite dish was certainly not a priority and was a luxury I could not afford at that time. In briefings prior to my departure I had been led to believe that the ethnic Albanians in Kosovo were poor and deprived yet this did not tally with the vista that opened up in front of me as we drove into Pristina. I came to realise that, as I got to know Kosovo better, why items such as satellite dishes were a priority. Here, where so many flats and apartments in urban areas were illegally seized and occupied, one did not worry about mortgage repayments and as I was to discover later, property belonged to those who wanted it and not to those who actually owned it. Hintergründe zum Blutrache Mord des Albanischen “Politikers” Fatmir Yhindi

“Xhindi”, rikthehet çështja e vrasjes së një komisioneri në ‘97 (Dërguar më: 25/05/09) Rreth 12 vjet më parë, njerëz të panjohur ekzekutuan komisionerin e PR. GSH meson se Policia ndan pistat e para me dyshime konkrete për atentatin ndaj deputetit të PS në Roskovec. Xhindi, mësohet se është zgjedhur për herë të parë deputet në atë zonë kur ndodhi edhe vrasja e komisionerit TIRANE -Hetimet për vrasjen e deputetit Fatmir Xhindi, rikthejnë ekzekutimin “fshatçe” të komisionerit të Partisë Republikane në zonën e Roskovecit, B. Caushaj. Gazeta Shqiptare ben te ditur se Policia dhe Prokuroria e Krimeve të Rënda ka kaluar në sitë të gjithë të afërmit e viktimës së 12 vjetëve më parë. Deputeti i ndjerë Xhindi, mësohet se është zgjedhur për herë të parë deputet në atë zonë, në vitin 1997, kur ndodhi edhe vrasja e komisionerit. Ngjarja është konsideruar e mbyllur prej vitesh me radhë, pas një vrasjeje për motive hakmarrjeje të kryer nga të afërm të Caushajt, të cilët brenda 10 ditëve ekzekutuan një person, mbiemri i të cilit ishte Shehu, i akuzuar prej familjes së komisionerit si personi që kishte qëlluar mbi të. Grupi i hetimit ka shoqëruar fillimisht dy kushërinjtë e afërt të komisionerit G.K dhe P.K., për të parë lëvizjet e tyre gjatë kohës kur ndodhi vrasja e deputetit Xhindi. Xhindi, deputet në Parlamentin shqiptar prej zgjedhjeve të vitit 1997, u ekzekutua nga të paktën 9 plumba pas shpine, teksa hapte portën për të hyrë në shtëpinë e tij modeste dykatëshe, në lagjen numër 1 të Roskovecit. Ngjarja ndodhi në orën 21:00 të 2 prillit dhe rezulton e pazbardhur, ndonëse janë angazhuar mbi 100 oficerë dhe prokurorë të Qendrës dhe në Fier. Edhe pse është vendosur një çmim prej 250 mijë eurosh për personin që do të spiunojë vrasësin e deputetit Xhindi, grupi i hetimit nuk ka arritur ende tek ndonjë autor konkret për ngjarjen. Burimet pranë grupit të hetimit janë shprehur se ekziston edhe një pistë tjetër për motive të dobëta, por që në fakt nuk ka të bëjë me deputetin, por me një nga djemtë e tij. (d.b/BalkanWeb)

Një i panjohur qëlloi ndaj 57 vjecarit anëtar i i familjes mafioze Krisafulli. MILANO- Një shqiptar ka mbetur i plagosur në një atentat me armë ku objektiv ishte një anëtar i familjes mafioze Krisafulli, Franko Krisafulli 57 vjec. Media italiane bën të ditur se Krisafulli, kishte vetëm pak kohë që kishte dalë nga burgu dhe dy vëllezërit e tij ishin dënuar me burg përjetë për trafik droge. Ngjarja ndodhi mbrëmë në një lokal në lagjen periferike të Milanos, Kuarto Oxhiaro, ku dhe vepronte klani mafioz. Mediat bëjnë të ditur se 57 vjecari është qëlluar me 4 plumba, disa prej të cilave i ka marrë edhe në fytyrë. Në këtë atentat, që mediat italiane e përshkruajnë si të tipit “Far West” mbetën të plagosur edhe 2 shtetas italian dhe një shqiptar. Njëri prej italianëve është në gjendje të rëndë shëndetësore, ndërsa dy të plagosurit e tjerë janë dërguar në spitalin e Sacco e S.Carlo. Mjekët thonë se i pari ka plagë në krah, ndërsa shqiptari është plagosur në këmbë. Klani Krisafulli ishte vendosur në lagjen Quarto Oxhiaro në vitet ’70-80 dhe ishte bërë protagonist i vrasjeve të ndryshme dhe trafiqeve të paligjshme. Klani ishte shpërdarë nga një operacion antidrogë që ishte kryer në 1994 me emrin “Tokë e djegur”. (s.g/Repubblica/BalkanWeb)

Hartmann Speaks Out Ahead of Trial

Florence Hartmann, former spokeswoman for the Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, ICTY, told reporters yesterday she expected Serbia to do everything in its power to ensure that war crimes fugitive Ratko Mladic never faced trial.Soon after the publication of a translation of her book “Peace and Punishment,” Hartmann told journalists at a news conference in the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana, about her experience and discussed the controversial accusations in her book.

Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Hartmann said she had been shaken by the Tribunal’s indictment against her - charges that range from contempt of court and violation of court rules - over the publication of segments of allegedly confidential documents in her book, Slovenian Pop TV reported.

If the Tribunal finds her guilty, she faces up to seven years in prison or a fine of 100,000 euros.

Her trial is set to begin on June 15.

Hartmann claims that the documents published were not obtained illegally but through journalistic investigation.

The former ICTY spokeswoman claims that her book, published in translation by the Bosnia-Herzegovina Institute, uncovers an “agreement that will stop the truth coming out about involvement in genocide and crimes against humanity,” Pop TV reported.

According to Hartmann, she would be the first defendant at the Tribunal to have the full support of war crime victims.

In an interview with Slovenian television, Hartmann said the documents in question were actually available to journalists during the trial of former Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic, “but they didn’t want Bosnia to get them so that they could get military reparations from Serbia.”

She claimed that “the documents that Serbia so wanted to hide” had “information that shows that the crimes were planned, and that the then-Serbian leadership agreed over them.”

Hartmann also claimed that the sluggish hunt for both wartime Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic and wartime Bosnian Serb general Ratko Mladic dragged on despite concrete knowledge of their whereabouts. This, she said, served as proof that an agreement of some sort existed between international officials and Karadzic and Mladic. Nonetheless, Hartmann conceded that she had no evidence of an agreement between Karadzic and then US envoy to the region, Richard Holbrooke.

“If they [records] exist, then they are in Belgrade,” Hartmann said….

Kroatische Politiker auch bespizelt?

Skandal in Deutschen Telekom kann langsam auch politische Konnotation bekommen. Nach dem Handelsblatt schrieb dass angeblichen Unterlagen die über „Maya“ gesammelt worden sind, auch die Daten über hochrangige und vor allem bekannten Politiker sowie Geschäftsmänner aus Kroatien.

Weiterhin, nach Angaben von Jutarnji, in Affäre war auch ein ehemaliges Sicherheits-Beamte eingemischt gewesen, der sehr gute Beziehungen nach Ost Europa haben sollte..

Nobody Wants to Run Bosnian Government

Nobody wants to run the Bosniak (Bosnian Muslim)-Croat Federation government after its Premier Nedzad Brankovic resigned, local media reported on Thursday.Brankovic officially resigned from his post Wednesay, becoming the first victim in the Bosniak political scene following the re-election of Sulejman Tihic as president of the ruling Bosniak Party of Democratic Action, SDA.

In his resignation letter sent to the Federation President and Vice Presidents, Brankovic asked the Federation president and vice presidents to immediately launch procedures for the election of a new premier. He also asked the Federation president Borjana Kristo, to appoint one of the two deputy Premiers – Finance Minister Vjekoslav Bevanda and Culture Minister Gavrilo Grahovac – to take over his post during the transition process, since he wanted to take vacation with immediate effect.

Yet Grahovac said he too needed to take immediate vacation, while Bevanda refused to run the government on his own.

Unless Tihic finds a swift solution for the selection of a new government, the situation could further destabilise the political, economic and social situation in the Federation and all of the country. It is still uncertain whether the entire federation government will have to be replaced.

This situation reflects the dismal attitude which local politicians have towards top functions. It comes at the worst possible time, as the Federation government faces a tough challenge of re-balancing entity and cantonal budgets within the next month, to fulfill conditions for a new Euro 1.2 billion stand-by arrangement from the International Monetary Fund.

The resignation of unpopular and controversial Brankovic was broadly welcomed by media, analysts and local non-governmental organisations.

Local analysts, media and civil society have criticised Brankovic and his government as one of the least competent and efficient in the recent Bosnian history. However, they have also admitted that from the very beginning of their mandate after the 2006 elections, Brankovic’s government was hampered by internal divisions among top Bosniak leaders.

2 Pyschopaten der EU Politik treffen sich: Javier Solana und Ali Ahmeti als Bin Ladens Vertreter in der EU

Man trifft sich gerne mit Ali Ahmeti, von der Mazdonischen DUI Mafia Partei, wo man noch bei den Wahlen in 2008 versuchte bewaffnet mehrfach zu wählen.
Und Ali Ahmeti bezog in der Schweiz “schizo Rente” und hat in den USA wegen den Terroristischen Umtrieben u.a. direkt mit den Bin Laden Leuten Einreise Verbot und in der Schweiz sowieso.

Javier Solana, macht sich ganz einfach zum Affen, wie Joschka Fischer, Erler, Steinmeier der Albanischen Verbrecher Clans auf dem Balkan. Nicht umsonst geht durch das Einfluss Gebiet des Ali Ahmeti in Mazedonien, die Haupt Drogen Route nach Europa und das muss natürlich von den Steinmeier und Javier Solana Banden gefördert werden.

Javier Solana gibt Rückendeckung für den Schizo Ali, damit er den die Namens Probleme endlich mal beendet und die Mazedonische Regierung unter Druck setzt. Griechenland blockiert bekanntlich den NATO Beitritt, weil es nicht mit dem Name “Mazedonien” einverstanden ist.

Ali Ahmetis Verbrecher Clans attackieren sogar Journalisten in Mazedonien.

Wie man längst verstanden hat, wurden in 2001 Menschen entführt, gefoltert und umgebracht, nur damit diese kriminellen Banden in die Regierung kommen um so Profite zu machen. Es ging um Jobs ganz kurz gesagt und zwar wanderten die Verbrecher Clans direkt ab 1990 nach Mazedonien ein, wo man wie auch in Albanien Grund- und Boden besetzte und illegal bebaute.

ca. 200.000 Kriminelle wanderten auch teilweise aus Albanien direkt nach Mazedonien so ein und terrorisierten das Land.

Aber lassen wir den prominenten Fachmann und Wissenschaftler hier ein paar Worte finden.

Stiftung Wissenschaft Professor Wolf Oschlies, Stiftung Wissenschaft: “Mit Mazedonien geschieht etwas, was es in der Menschheitsgeschichte noch nie gegeben hat, nämlich ein souveränes, demokratisches Land sieht sich einer Aggression vom Territorium eines internationalen Protektorats aus ausgesetzt. Das ist die Lage, dem ist nichts hinzu zu fügen. Und das ist eine gewaltige Rüge an die internationale Gemeinschaft, deren Teil ja auch Deutschland ist.” UCK-Kämpfer in Mazedonien. Früher nannte man sie “Freiheitskämpfer”, heute “Terroristen”, denn - so glaubt man in den USA inzwischen - diesen schwer bewaffneten Banden gehe es nicht um den Schutz albanischer Minderheiten auf dem Balkan, sondern schlicht um Geld: Profit aus dem Drogen- und Waffenschmuggel. Und hier werden die Nachschubwege gesichert. Auch deshalb hat US-Präsident George Bush am 27. Juni diese so genannte “Executive Order” erlassen, über das “Einfrieren des Vermögens von Personen, die die Friedensbemühungen auf dem Balkan gefährden.” Jede finanzielle Unterstützung für die hier aufgeführten Organisationen steht in den USA ab sofort unter Strafe. Mit auf der Liste: die UCK und ihr Ableger UCPMB. In den USA inzwischen verboten, in Deutschland nach wie vor Alltag. Spendensammeln für die UCK. Das Zentrum für die albanischen Muslime in Düsseldorf. Das unscheinbare Haus im Hinterhof gilt als eine der Spendenzentralen der UCK in Deutschland.
