Pango: Krkoj falje publike q e futa vajzn n shtpi

(Vendosur: 06/03/09)

tirane

Fevziu: I keni kërkuar marrëdhënie seksuale kësaj vajze?
Pango: Jo. I thashë ku ju kam parë unë ju. Momenti i parë ishte i habitshëm.
Fevziu: Jeni njohur personalisht?
I thashë do takohemi pasdite në ministri.

(e.n/News24/Balkanweb)

In the first war crimes trial to be held under the auspices of the EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo, EULEX, judges found a Kosovo Albanian guilty of murder, attempted murder and grievous bodily harm, sentencing him to17 years in jail.  Gani Gashi, 59, from Komoran in central Kosovo was found responsible for the murder of 4 members of the Albanian Obrija family at a checkpoint on 12 July 1998.

The panel of three judges included two judges from EULEX and one judge from Kosovo. The prosecutor was also from EULEX.

“This trial shows that EULEX is serious about investigating and prosecuting war crimes cases whenever they took place, as long as we have enough evidence for a successful prosecution to proceed. We will do this regardless of the ethnicity of those involved in the crime,” said Theo Jacobs, the chief EULEX Prosecutor.

The EU’s law and justice mission in Kosovo, EULEX, postponed the first trial under its mandate on Monday due to a protest by Serb judicial workers opposed to the work of the mission which they see as supporting Kosovo’s independence from Serbia.

The trial, against two Kosovo Serbs accused of robbery in Leposavic, was postponed for an as yet unspecified date.  The two men were indicted in June last year, charged with breaking into the home of an elderly couple in Gnjezane village, assaulting the couple and taking money and other valuables. have been arrested in Bucharest yesterday on charges of respectively espionage and treason, the Bulgarian information agency BTA reported, cited by Darik radio. Achim allegedly sold state secrets to Zikolov, who sent it further to a non-NATO state, namely to Russia, through a complex network, organized as an intelligence service, Romanian news agency HotNews marks.
The Bulgarian National radio (BNR) reported that Zikolov, who had a consulting company in the Romanian capital, has been accused of leaking military secrets to a third country that was not an European Union and NATO member.
The spokesperson of the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry, Dragovest Draganov, confirmed that Zikolov wasn’t in any way a representative of the Bulgarian state, but a private individual.
According to Romania’s daily Cotidianul, the two men were supplying top secret documents to a Russian representative for which they were paid significant amounts of money. However, in some reports it is said that Zikolov at interrogation has mentioned name of Ukraine telling about his illegal activities. Some Romanian media list the name of the alleged Bulgarian spy as Petar Marinov Zikolov. The Romanian non-commissioned officer admitted he was selling secrets for 1,000 US Dollars or less, according to HotNews.
The Bulgarian Embassy in Romania stated that they were making all possible efforts to clarify the case and provide legal protection for Zikulov.
The Romanian side has officially declared that the accusations were not against Bulgaria and Zikolov’s actions had nothing to do with his native country. Romanian authorities, including prosecutors, intelligence officers, army and police officers, have begun a mass investigation into the case. Local media write that this has been a major national security breach.
The Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) announced that its Counterespionage Division was monitoring Achim’s actions since 2005. Even more, the SRI already had data about Zikolov’s activities. SRI did not confirm that the destination of the document stolen by Achim was Russia, according to Hotnews.
Both Zikulov and Achim have been detained with a Prosecutor’s order and will spend 29 days behind bar, the maximum in Romania, over charges of international espionage, BTA notes. Achim and Zikolov filed an appeal and are expecting a sentence for paroled release the day after tomorrow, HotNews adds.

Ukrainian diplomat allegedly involved in Romania spy case, though data was conveyed to Russia
It was Bulgarian Petar Marinov Zikolov who was arrested first in suspicion of espionage and then he denounced his Romanian partner, non-commissioned officer in the Ministry of Defense Floricel Achim, Bucharest-based daily Cotidianul online edition reports.

    Petar Zikolov

In the case of Achim Article 157 of the Romania’s Criminal Code is invoked, which refers to the treason by transmission of intelligence data. Zikolov’s arrest has been ordered under Article 159, relating to espionage, but with the application of Article 172 paragraph 2 Criminal Code. This last item refers to conditions under which crimes against state security such as espionage remain unpunished or receive reduced punishment. Sources close to the investigation confirmed to the Cotidianul that, indeed, the Bulgarian citizen was arrested first and the evidence offered by him enabled “necessary investigation” of activity of Floricel Achim.
Floricel Achim served as a warrant officer at the 1st Dacica Infantry Division and participated in several special training courses on information encryption. The court decided for the arrest of both persons for 29 days before an appeal, to Achim on charge of treason and Bulgarian Petar Marinov Zikolov under charges of espionage. “Since 2001, the defendant Achim Floricel was regularly meeting defendant Zikolov Petar Marinov, a Bulgarian national, and tied a friendship relationship with him. During this friendly relationship between 2001-09 defendant Achim Floricel purchased the computer networks of military unit documents making state secret”,

    Floricel Achim

the court ruling is quoted by the newspaper online edition.
In exchange for information, delivered in electronic format, using a memory-stick, Achim gave to Zikolov cash up to $1,000 at each meeting, which took place usually in the district of May 1 or National Stadium area. Zikolov told the court that in the period of 2001-2002 he was befriended to representative of Ukraine in Bucharest who told him he had been willing to pay $800-$1,000 dollars for each piece of classified military information when he would receive it. Sources say that investigators have evidence that the ultimate source of delivering the information was, in fact, the Russian Federation, and the Ukrainian diplomat was a simple intermediary.
Floricel Achim had copied and sold, according to investigators, information about “military communication systems, radar frequencies, NATO standard maps, drawings of military technique and maps subunits location, defense plans, etc…”
Achim had authorization to access classified information since October 6, 2006, the decision of the arrest stated. He acknowledged the facts, noting that he was determined to sell military secret because of “materially precarious situation.”
Bulgarian native Zikolov partly admitted the facts of committed actions that were showed by the investigators. In addition to the statements of Achim and Zikolov recognizing the facts of spying activity, the evidence include also interception of phone calls, photographs of meetings between Achim and Zikolov as well as conclusions of the searches made at their houses in Bucharest.

ECHR rules against Turkey in Greek Orthodox church case

    04/03/2009

STRASBOURG, France — The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled on Tuesday (March 3rd) that Turkey had violated the property rights of a Greek Orthodox church on the Aegean island of Bozcaada. The court said Turkish authorities illegally prevented a Greek Orthodox foundation, which is the rightful owner of the Kimisis Teodoku church, from registering its property. Judges ordered Turkey to pay the foundation 105,000 euros in compensation. The EU has repeatedly called on the Turkish government to return seized property to minorities and expand their religious and cultural freedoms as part of reforms required to become an EU member.

In other news Tuesday, Turkish Airlines announced it was ready to immediately compensate the passengers or families of passengers aboard its plane that crashed near Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport last Wednesday. The company is offering initial payments of 50,000 euros to the families of those killed. It offered payments of 10,000 euros to those hospitalised for more than three days and 5,000 euros to all other passengers. (Hurriyet, Anadolu news agency, NTV, Reuters, In.news, DPA - 03/03/09)

    Delta’s Slovenian job in jeopardy

LJUBLJANA — Delta has yet to pay up the remaining money for the construction of a sports-shopping facility in Slovenia, leaving the project in jeopardy, says daily Finance.

The Slovenian daily writes that a new partner could be sought to replace Delta in the deal, adding that the Ljubljana municipality would receive EUR 25 million by cashing in the banker’s guarantee it received from Grep, the Delta subsidiary responsible for the project.

Grep President Uroš Ogrin said that without Delta owner Miroslav Mišković’s money the project cannot be completed, adding that Delta had thus far paid EUR 5mn, leaving another EUR 15mn that was due to have been paid by the end of last year.

Ogrin added that Delta acknowledged that it was having problems with receiving credit, Finance writes, adding that Mišković would lose EUR 25mn if he pulled out of the project.

Meanwhile, Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković explained that Delta had not paid the rest of the money “because of the situation on the financial market,” and that he did not know when it would be paid.

He said that Mišković had visited Ljubljana twice recently, adding that he was not concerned that Mišković had not stumped up the cash for the current project, since he had already “put in a non-binding bid for Mercator as well.”

The mayor said that Delta would have to pay a contractual fine of EUR 20mn if it backed out of the deal.

However, Janković said that even if Delta did back out, Ljubljana would find another partner within three months to finish construction, for which the completion deadline is the middle of next year.

    KLA organ trafficking routes
KLA organ trafficking routes, by Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti

KLA Death Camps, on Land and Sea

Former KLA fighter claims that kidnapped and imprisoned Kosovo Serbs had their organs extracted for sale not only in Albania, but also on the ships sailing through the international waters, as well as in Italy, North Africa and Middle East.

In its latest edition, Belgrade weekly NIN carries statement of a mercenary and former member of the KLA (UCK, Kosovo Albanian terrorist formation) with initials I.T, who testified about transporting one group of captured Kosovo Serbs to Tirana and Durres in Albania where, with the help of “common” human traffickers, he transferred them to a ship which sailed out to international waters of Adriatic Sea.

According to the witness, that is where surgeons, mainly from Western countries, “dismantled them to their constituent parts”, as the operation of extracting vital organs for sale was referred to by the KLA.

This KLA member, whose name is known to NIN redaction and who is responsible for multiple kidnappings and murders committed in 1999, testified that he drove two waste disposal trucks from Kosovo through Paštrik. One carried the corpses of killed Kosovo Serbs, while in the second he transported the kidnapped Serbs who were still alive. They were first tortured and then killed in KLA death camps in Tropoje and Peshkopi, in Albania.

The main individuals responsible for transfer of victims from southern Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, according to the witnesses, were Daut Haradinaj (Ramush Haradinaj’s brother), Sami Lushtaku and Jakup Krasniqi.

One Albanian witness, who was imprisoned in the KLA camp Lapushnik, testified that Krasniqi and Hashim Thaçi (current “prime minister” of Kosovo province, appointed by the US-led NATO) directly participated in tortures in the camp, and are responsible for murders of the kidnapped Serbs imprisoned in Lapushnik.

According to the witnesses, in organ harvesting and trade, KLA was also being helped by some mujahedeen with “good connections” in the Middle East hospitals.

Some KLA members who participated in the removal of bodies of the killed Serbs from Kosovo, claimed that a number of captured Serb soldiers, after torture, were dismembered in Kukes, and their remains have long been buried in the Kukes city cemetery. Soon after the war, it was discovered some of the captured Yugoslav Army soldiers ended up on surgical tables in Valona (Vlore, Albania) hospitals, where their organs were harvested for the benefit of the rich buyers from Western Europe and Middle East states.

Others were transported by ships to Italy and North Africa, where they were used in the same way, and the same harrowing fate befell Kosovo Serb civilians who were kidnapped in 1999, after Yugoslav Army withdrew and NATO took over the safety and governing of the Serbian province.

    Pound of Flesh

According to data collected by NIN, Kosovo Albanian harvesting and trade of organs started in 1998, with kidnapping of Serbs from Belacevac mine, most of whom were killed in death camps where the mujahedeen were stationed, in suburbs of Kukes and Bajram Curri in Albania.

Information about the mass graves on the mountain Cemernik, in southern Serbia, is of special interest, making this an important location, since it points to the organ traders’ route through Macedonia, toward Bulgaria, Turkey, Moldova and the Arabian Peninsula countries……………..

In the past month, testimonies by the former KLA members revealed KLA transported two waste disposal trucks from Kosovo province through Paštrik, one with corpses of killed Serbs, and the other carrying the kidnapped Kosovo Serbs, who were subsequently tortured and killed in Kosovo Albanian-run death camps in Tropoje and Peshkopi, in Albania.

The main individuals responsible for transfer of victims from southern Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, according to the witnesses, are Daut Haradinaj (Ramush Haradinaj’s brother), Sami Lushtaku and Jakup Krasniqi.

Son recognized father killed by Kosovo Albanians

March 4, 2009 – 2:28 pm Rade Dragovic recognized his father in a photo taken by Kosovo separatist government soldiers engaged in killing his father, Predrag, in 1999 after they kidnapped him from his home and dragged him to the mountains of northern Albania where, evidence shows, torture camps and organ extraction facilities were supported by the Albanian government.

“We fled to Montenegro while my father and his mother remained at our house. He said to have done no evil to anybody and have no reason to leave. He told us not to worry,” recollects the events Rade Dragovic.

On June 22, 1999 Rade’s father went to buy cigarettes in his hometown of Pec and he never returned.

Today, almost nine years later, his son Rade saw his father bloody under a gun of a Kosovo Albanian separatist government fighter Agim Ramadani posing in a picture as he prepared to kill his prize.

“In the photograph he is in uniform, but neither he nor anyone of the family took part in war conflict. We do not know if his body organs were removed from him,” Rade says of his father.

Agim Ramadani was a commanding officer of the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army or KLA, which was the terror arm of the Kosovo separatists that are in power in this Serbian province and have declared themselves independent.

Former Kosovo Albanian separatist so-called prime minister Ramush Haradinaj, was Ramadani’s commanding officer.

Haradinaj was extradited to the Hague war crimes tribunal but was found innocent after several of the witnesses that saw him commit atrocities against Serbs pulled out from testifying out of fear that Haradinaj or his henchmen will kill them and their family.

Serbia’s war crimes prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic says that the KLA dressed up their victim in a uniform in order to mask the fact that the KLA was engaging in a wholesale murder of Serbian civilians.

“We have identified the most probable executors of Dragovic. About ten of the KLA rebels who took part in killings in the north of Albania have been identified,” Vukcevic said.

Prosecutors are unable to detail the exact number of civilian victims KLA abducted from Kosovo but suggest that the likely reason for their abduction to northern Albania is to have their organs taken out and sold.

They say that the KLA was not just the terror arm of the Kosovo separatist government seeking to ethnically cleanse Serbs, but was also engaged in narcotics and organ trade using the profits to partially enrich themselves, partially to fund weapons for their violence and partially to make political donations to Western politicians some of whom are now very vocal in defense of Kosovo’s unilaterally proclaimed independence.

Evidence has been uncovered in the Albanian village of Burelj, in north Albania, where a house was used to store the Serbian victims after their organs were taken out. These victims were later killed then buried in the village cemetery, prosecutors say.

Albanian government has once already declined the request to investigate the matter but, Vukcevic says, the prosecution will make another one.

The prosecution says that one witness to the organ extraction has already made a sketch of the house used for that purpose. The prosecution has located that house in the Port of Drac.

In the memoirs of the former chief war crimes prosecutor for Yugoslavia, Carla Del Ponte, a revelation was made that she pursued the organ trade investigation but found a great deal of resistance during evidence gathering from various authorities that took over the administration in Kosovo.
