 Der Betrug bei Lebensmittel Importen ist eine alte Tradition der Albanischen Politiker und früher fuhr man sogar persönlich vor, wenn die Fähre, oder der Frachter in Durres anlegte. “Nard” Leonhard Koca, sitzt auch im Gefängnis und ist der Bruder des Mafia Bosses Lefter Koca, der nun in Durres für einen Sitz im Parlament kanditiert und der örtliche Vertreter ebenso der Skrapar Bande ist, sprich LSI Partei. Seine wilden Beton Bauten auf gestohlenen Grundstücken mit gefälschten Unterlagen, haben Durres verschandelt. Lefter Koca scheute sich auch nicht mit dem Mafia Boss Alban Yhillari, uralte Antike Stätten im Zentrum von Durres zu betonieren zu lassen.

Das Gauner- Grundstücks Betrugs Duo: Ilir Meta und Nikollaq Neranxi, die sich Politiker nennen und von Deutschen Politiker , welche wichtige OK Aufbau Helfer sind, illegal gesponsert und finanziert werden.

Was aber die Sache besonders interessant macht, sind die seit 2000 organisierten Grundstücks Betrügereien und Fälschungen der Skrapar Bande um Ilir Meta mit seiner LSI Partei, denn Nikollaq Neranxi, ist auch der örtliche Vertreter der LSI Partei im Gebiet der Bucht von Jale, welche 2005 “Zone Touristik” wurde.

Der Medien Skandal, wo Nikollaq Neranxi mit seinen Georg Soros Weltbank Freunden, falsche Fakten in den Medien verbreitet.

Trotzdem verkauft auch dort recht munter die US-Albanische Grundstücks Mafia illegal Grundstücke und dann wird ohne Bau Genehmigung und gegen die klaren Bau Gesetze wild an den Stränden herum betoniert und jeder Strans privatisiert.  Siehe die Weltbank Aktion und die neuen Küsten Master Pläne des Coastal Management Plans der Weltbank. TIRANË - Dyshimet për kontrabandë dhe evazion fiskal çojnë në Prokurorinë e Përgjithshme deputetin e Lëvizjes Socialiste për Integrim, Nikollaq Neranxi. Dosja hetimore ku dyshohet se është përfshirë politikani biznesmen, ndodhet që prej një muaji në organin qendror të akuzës, ku ende nuk është marrë një vendim përfundimtar për pozicionin e Neranxit. Burime të sigurta pranë Prokurorisë së Përgjithshme konfirmuan për “Korrierin”, se në janar të këtij viti, njësia Task-Forcë në Prokurorinë e Tiranës ka vendosur të shpallë moskompetencën për një çështje hetimore me objekt shmangien nga detyrimet doganore, që ka nisur pas një denoncimi të Drejtorisë së Përgjithshme të Doganave. Argumenti i përdorur për shpalljen e moskompetencën dhe dërgimin e dosjes për hetim të mëtejshëm në Prokurorinë e Përgjithshme ka të bëjë me faktin se gjatë hetimeve gati 10-mujore nga Prokuroria e Tiranës, ka dalë në skenë edhe emri i deputetit Nikollaq Neranxi, i cili për shkak të imunitetit mund të hetohet vetëm nga organi qendror i akuzës, si autoriteti i vetëm që ka kompetencat për hetimin e personave me imunitet. I kontaktuar nga “Korrieri”, deputeti i LSI-së e quajti këtë çështje si presion të ministrit të Financave, Ridvan Bode dhe kryeministrit Sali Berisha, pasi ai ka denoncuar një sërë skandalesh të kësaj qeverie.

Denoncimi nga doganat

Në prill të vitit të shkuar, Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Doganave depoziton në Prokurorinë e Tiranës një kallëzim penal, sipas të cilit denoncohej fakti se subjekti tregtar në pronësi të deputetit Nikollaq Neranxi iu është shmangur detyrimeve doganore. Kallëzimi i doganave i referohet periudhës 2003-2004, kohë gjatë së cilës kompania e Neranxit ka importuar mallra të ndryshëm, kryesisht artikuj ushqimorë, pa i deklaruar në doganë, çka do të thotë se u është shmangur të gjithë detyrimeve doganore e fiskale. Në denoncimin e Drejtorisë së Doganave citohen një sërë detajesh që kanë të bëjnë me veprimtarinë e subjektit tregtar në pronësi të deputetit të LSI-së, i cili akuzohet se, duke ushtruar ndikimin e tij, ka bërë të mundur kalimin e mallit në mënyrë të jashtëligjshme. Sipas burimeve, mësohet se Doganat, në bashkëpunim me Tatimet, kanë mbledhur të dhëna, që sipas tyre vërtetojnë faktin se subjekti tregtar në pronësi të Neranxit, në bashkëpunim edhe me autoritetet doganore të kohës, kanë krijuar në mënyrë të vazhdueshme lehtësira për subjektin në fjalë, duke ngritur dyshime për veprën penale të kontrabandës.

TIRANË - Deputeti Nikollaq Neranxi ka përsëritur dje akuzat për qeverinë shqiptare, në lidhje me skandalin e Jalës. “Zbulimi i përgjegjësisë së personave të palës shqiptare në lidhje me këtë projekt të Bankës Botërore ka për ta cënuar edhe më tepër imazhin e administratës së qeverisë “Berisha”, brenda dhe jashtë vendit”, - ka thënë Neranxi, duke shtuar se media prestigjioze “Fox News”, por edhe titullarët e Bankës Botërore e kanë në fokus këtë çështje. Ai shtoi se denoncon prej dy vitesh skandalin me tokat në Himarë, për të cilat ka akuzuar kryetarin e bashkisë, Vasil Bollanon, si person të implikuar në këtë aferë. “Akti barbar i ndodhur në fshatin e Jalës tronditi gjithë opinionin publik të vendit”, - shtoi Neranxi dje në Kuvend.

Fight against organised crime should be priority of Serbia’s security services, too: Interior Minister

Serbia’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic stated that 30–40 criminal groups are currently operating in this Balkan country, adding that the police and security services have information about them, but still need evidence in order to arrest them, news agency Tanjug reports. 
In an interview for the daily Press, Dacic said that in order to fight organised crime efficiently it is necessary to prevent information on planned security forces’ actions from leaking out to the public. He noted that the police pay most attention to organised criminal groups dealing primarily with drug and weapon trading and human trafficking, as well as groups associated with murder and robbery. Most of these groups operate in Belgrade, said Dacic, adding that the activities of criminal groups in neighbouring countries are often transferred to Serbia. 
Dacic said that the police presented information concerning organised crime at the State Security Council’s session, adding that the state, also including security services, must strongly support the police in its fight against these criminal groups. Dacic announced that the Ministry of Interior and the state security services will exchange information regarding organised crime during the upcoming period, according to Press.

Balkans Biggest Instability Threat For Europe, -Report

The Balkans remain the source of the greatest threat to stability in Europe in 2009, according to an annual threat assessment presented by the US intelligence director Dennis Blair, AFP reports.”Despite positive developments in the last year that included Kosovo’s peaceful declaration of independence from Serbia, the election of pro-EU leaders in Serbia, and offers of NATO membership to Croatia and Albania,” the Balkans will again pose the greatest stability threat for the old continent, the report says.

The main challenges come from the unresolved political status of the Serb minority in Kosovo, and the troubled inter-ethnic power-sharing arrangements in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The report notes that despite  22 out of 27 European Union countries having recognized Kosovo’s independence, Serbia still openly supports parallel ethnically-divided institutions there.

“It [Belgrade] has used political and legal means to challenge and undermine Pristina’s sovereignty and to limit the mandate of the EU’s Rule of Law mission, EULEX in Kosovo, which is meant to help Kosovo authorities build multi-ethnic police, judiciary and customs systems,” the report said.

This is driving a de-facto partition of Kosovo between an Albanian-majority south and a Serb-majority north and is frustrating Kosovo Albanians, the US intelligence notes.

Concerning Bosnia, the report says interethnic tensions there have reached the “highest level in years”. Its future as a multi-ethnic state “remains in doubt, although neither widespread violence nor a formal split is imminent.”

The US agency is concerned about the threat of secession by the Bosnian Serbs and the call by some Bosniak leaders to eliminate the Serbian entity, Republika Srpska.

Georg Soros finanziert gezielt Destabilisierende Gruppen, Kriminelle, in vielen Ländern der Erde wie auch Georgien, Ukraine usw.. um dann sehr billig über die Privatisierungen praktisch geschenckt, wertvollste Firmen zu kaufen bzw. Lizenzen zu erhalten. Das ist das Georg Soros System was auch in Serbien mit Dingic funktioniert hat. Wenn diese Gruppe “Reformer” verkündet, so sind es Georg Soros Leute, welche vollkommen korrupt das Eigentum und Vermögen eines Volkes verschleudern.
