Approved the demand of the change participation of the member to Credins Bank sh.a., Aleksander Pilo. So, as shown, from the decision that the Supervising Council has made, don’t result the licensee of subject Besa. As seen, in the decisions made on 24 December 2008 Besa foundation has no licence, in the mater of facts is impressive how the member of the Supervising Council had signed licence without being in the meeting. The licensee of Besa subject on 26-th of December has no legal ways to be made because this Council hadn’t had e meeting after this date, and the next meeting today on 14-th January 2009. The licence given on 26 December 2008 and published on the Albanian bank official site on the 12 of January 2009, after the article on Sot Magazine about the non presence of this subject on the not bank institutions register, Fullani and the others 8 members of the Supervising Council had made a falsification act, without counting on the fact that the low structures can classified them like a structured criminal group with the intent of financial fraud. The licence of subject Besa brings to a logic conclusion that the Albanian State and Albanian Bank structures are now part of mafia groups that makes illegal and criminal activities. The members of Supervising Council of the Albanian Bank that had signed this licence, with in front the governor Fullani, had made a scandalous and criminal act by giving the licence to Besa subject, act that brings them in front of penal responsibilities.

Donating the capitals of Besa in ABC Foundation’s hands, (owned by Soros), we can se that also this foundation passes on his hands. With one shot Soros moves his capitals in an other foundation giving him also Besa sh.a. the same case as the businessman Fasllic which one sells his owning to himself, but in this case we have to do with a donation, made with the intention to erase the suspicious criminal origin of Besa foundation to avoid the Albanian law.

Soros Offshore in Albania without any doubt has broken any record. Soros creates 3 different Besa that operates in credits market. This ones passes money in bonds forms, donations, assets between itch other, one foundation becomes SH.a., the capitals of one foundation pases to an other and than the owning from sh.a. become fluid, and thousand millions of Albanian state dollars disappear from one subject to an other.

According on the clues gathered by Sot magazine, result that only 2 weeks ago, Besa Foundation, that continues to operate in criminal ways in giving credits without licence, has passed 100% of the bonds with a value of 1 million dollars to Besa sh.a. in an other Sorosian creature in Tirana: ABC Foundation: so in the Albanian market of mini credit operates 3 BESA that have the same director Bajram Muca and the same owner: Founder George Soros.

The scandal of the new game of Soros with 3 same players reminds poker game where the real loser is Albanian State, which money despair. The 3 Besa’s of Soros are moving the responsibilities from one hand to an other, in order to make disappear once and forever the responsibilities of the criminal operations, for the long time in action by Besa foundation that has operated without licence in the credits market playing with the Albanian Government money. Hundred millions of dollars that Besa managed under protection of corrupted members of the state facilities, are trying to make disappear the origin of this money in order to be taken by George Soros.

According to the following documents, results that Foundation Besa has passed all the obligations to Albanian Government by Fondi Besa sh.a., created in 2008. in the meantime “Besa Found sh.a” according to her Statute dosn’t have any passage of relationship of the credits with credit takers, neither the owning of hundred million of dollars that this Foundation operates with continuing by the criminal ways in the mini credit market.
