Richard Holbrook ist wie bewiesen nicht nur als Befehls Verantwortlicher für die Krainja Massaker verantwortlich in 1995 (siehe SWP-Report wo eine ITCY Anklage sogar erwogen wurde, wegen Befehls Verantwortung gegen Richard Holbrook pdf Bericht), denn wie die Geschichte aufzeigt, wusste er sich genau was dort ablief und was vor allem durch Kanadische Militärs gut dokumentiert wurde. Die Ethischen Säuberungen konnten nur geschehen, weil Kriminell wie Georg Tenet, Richard Holbrook, gerade diese Säuberungen organisierten und die Morde an Frauen, Plünderungen nicht stoppte, weil es zu dem Strategischen Ziel der Amerikaner gehörte. Richard Holbrook war in den 200.000 fachen Mord verwickelt ebenso Auftraggeber, als Indonesien Ost Timor vor 30 Jahren annektierte und des zu unglaublichen Mord- und Plünderungs Orgien kam.

Sogar der bekannte Holländische Militär Geschichts Forscher  Wiebes, konnte dokumentieren das Holbrooke die Islamischen Extremisten in den Balkan holte.  Damit spielt Holbrooke eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau von Islamischen Terror Zellen auf dem Balkan.

Über die Bosnischen Massaker mit vom ITCY festgestellten 98.000 Toden, darunter 28.000 Serben, welche ermordet wurden, gibt es gute Quellen Sammlungen, welche nicht die NATO und US Mord Propaganda von damals wiederholen, welche über die US Medien Firmen inzeniert und verkauft wurden. Erst mit dem Irak Krieg hat die Menschheit kapiert, das der Kosovo und die Balkan Kriege, Kriegs Inzenierungen in der üblichen CIA Methode waren, um dubiose Strategische Ziele wie Militär Stützpunkte und die Zerschlagung eines Kommunistischen Staates zu erreichen.

In August of 1977, then Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke traveled to Indonesia to meet with Suharto in the midst of one of the Indonesian military’s brutal counterinsurgency campaigns in East Timor in which tens of thousands of East Timorese were being slaughtered. Holbrook visited officially to press for human rights reform, however once Suharto was met by Holbrooke, he was praised for Indonesia’s human rights improvements and was told that he in fact welcomed the steps that Indonesia had taken to open East Timor to the West, allowing a delegation of congressmen to enter the territory under strict military guard, where they were greeted by staged celebrations, welcoming the Indonesian armed forces.

Behind the scenes, Holbrooke and Zbigniew Brzezinski played point in trying to frustrate the efforts of congressional human rights activists to try and condition or stop US military assistance to Indonesia and in fact accelerated the flow of weapons to Indonesia at the height of the genocide.^{[3] [4]}

In der jüngsten Zeit war viel über das südostasiatische Land Birma, das seinen Kolonialnamen Birma 1989 abgelegt hat und seitdem Myanmar heißt, zu lesen. Dass die US-Regierung zu Myanmar ein ganz besonderes Verhältnis hat, ist in der ganzen Diskussion um die Ablehnung von US-Hilfslieferungen leider etwas untergegangen.

Im englischsprachigen Wikipedia-Beitrag zu Bo Gritz findet sich folgende Information:

Die Mörder Bande Zani Çaushi in Albanien ab 1997 und die Auftraggeber der Ex-PM Baskhim Fino und Finanzminister Arben Malaj

Etliche Minister Familien und Ex-Premier Minister sind direkt in Morde, Drogen- Waffen- und Menschenschmuggel verwickelt, wie auch etliche Innenminister wie Prifti usw.

Die Bande Zani Çaushi gehörte zu den übelsten Verbrecher Banden in Süd Albanien und jetzt wird auch in diesem Falle die Verbindung aufgedeckt, in welchem Auftrag diese Bande damals in 1997 operierte und viele Menschen ermordete. Direkte Auftraggeber war Baskhim Fino und der langjährige Finanz Minister Arben Malaj, der ein enger Partner der Deutschen Politik Mafiosis und Bestechungs Lobbyisten in Albanien ist und war! Das war 1997 und in den Folgen Jahren und wo die Zani Caushi Bande auftauchte, kam es ständig zu Morden und überall lebten die Leute in Angst, vor Geld Erpressungen und das ihre Töchter entführt werden. Diese Bande agierte kurz gesagt auch als Leibwächter für den Baskhim Fino Clan, der u.a. seine Zigaretten Schmuggler Geschäfte über diese Leute abwickeln liess und Arben Malaj war ja auch Zeitweise für die Häfen zuständig als Minister.

Vor allem für Baskhim Fino organisierte die Bande, längere Zeit seine Geschäfte, weil der Ministerpräsident war in 1997 und dann wegen massiven Vorwürfen der Korruption und Verwicklungen mit kriminellen Banden damals zurück treten musste. Wie so oft waren die Nachfolger auf dem Balkan noch schlimmer, weil diese Leute noch nicht ihr Geld gemacht hatten. Baskhim Fino wurde, dann 2002 Bau- und Tourismus Minister und übergab Albanien der Albanischen Mafia, welche ihre Geschäfts Konkurrenten sogar über Morde aus dem Wege räumte.

Die heutige Schlagzeile sagt ja schon Vieles aus.

Im Gegenzug reagierten die Amerikaner und Italiener, welche u.a. den Geschäfts Partner der Deutschen Politischen Mafia verhaften liess im Oktober 2002: den Vize Innenminister Bujar Himci, in der Sache um die Deutsche Bundesdruckerei und das Bestechungs Geschäfts des Fischer Freundes und AA Staatssekretärs: Ludgar Vollmers.

Man schreckte vor Mord im AA nicht zurück, wie die Ermordung des BND Ermittlers “Willy” in der Visa Affäre um die Deutsche Botschaft Tirana aufzeigt!

Der US Botschafter Jeffrey, wurde bei der Stabilisierung von Albanien vollkommen allein gelassen, von den kriminellen Horden aus dem Auswärtigen Amte, welche dort als Diplomaten auftauchten, obwohl Jeffrey eine Deutsche Frau hat und hervorragende Arbeit schon in München zuvor leistete. Erstmalig wurde damals der Politischen Kriminellen Banden der Kampf angesagt, durch Jeffrey!

”Crime is still destroying your country and challenging its ability to enter Western bodies,” Ambassador James Jeffrey said in a speech to trainee judges in a seminar on people trafficking, NBC reported.

”We also have a message for the crime lords: We know or will soon learn who you are. My government, our European partners and the Albanians, are after you,” Jeffrey said.
Jeder harmlose Deutsche, wurde umgehend in die Fänge dieses Verbrechern umgeleitet, damit die Bestechungs Geschäfte der GTZ, Botschaft und den Lobby Verband DAW auch gut funktionieren.

Bei seiner Ankunft in Tirana wurde Rektor Ruppert von Wirtschaftsminister Arben Malaj empfangen. Das ist dann die sogenannte Finanz Beratungs Förderung, wie man einen Staat ausnimmt und alle Gelder umleitet, denn die Reise bezahlt natürlich der Deutsche Steuerzahler, damit Kriminelle ihre Netzwerke modifizieren können, nach modernenen Standards. Das blau verglaste Büro Hochhaus in Durres, direkt neben der Griechischen Orthoxen Kirche und beim Hafen, welches sich Malaj bauen liess findet u.a. wegen Baumängel und wegen dem schlechten Ruf von Malaj seit 5 Jahren keine Mieter.

Retired Croatian General Ante Gotovina was arrested in December 2005 after four years of evading authorities.

The indictment charges him with four counts of crimes against humanity and three counts of violations of the laws or customs of war for persecution; murders; plunder of property; wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages; deportation and other inhumane acts allegedly committed during the operation. The ICTY holds Gotovina individually responsible for those crimes, including the unlawful killings of at least 150 Krajina Serbs. Up to 200,000 Krajina Serbs reportedly suffered displacement as a result of the Croatian Army offensive and follow-on actions.

According to UN prosecutors, Gotovina — acting individually or in concert with others, including Ivan Cermak, Mladen Markac and former Croatian President Franjo Tudjman — participated in a joint criminal enterprise whose common purpose was the forcible and permanent removal of the Serb population from the Krajina region. As part of that enterprise, he “planned, instigated, ordered, committed, or otherwise aided and abetted in the planning, preparation, or execution” of the alleged crimes.

TIRANA, July 14 – The March 15 blast at the Gerdec ammunition disposal factory not only killed 26 persons, injured 300 and damaged thousands of houses, but also sparked an investigation by the U.S. Congress about the alleged failure to follow laws when selling ammunition stored in Albania that was made in China. Though the scandal involved Albanian officials, a U.S. Congressman, Rep. Henry A. Waxman, has launched an investigation directly accusing John L. Withers II, the U.S. ambassador to Albania, of playing a role in helping hide evidence of a crime. The news of the U.S. investigation was reported Monday by the Los Angeles Times. For readers, it is worthwhile reading this article to understand what democratic tools may accomplish in a democratic country at a time when Albania claims to have already become a democratic country. However, in Albania, only the prosecutor general’s office has launched an investigation while the parliament, on the other hand, only ‘sells’ attacks and counterattacks of a political character.

Murder Charges for March 15 Albania Blast

25 July 2008 Tirana _ Albanian Prosecutor General Ina Rama has filed murder charges against three people thought to be to blame for a deadly explosion at an army depot on March 15.

The owner of Alba-Demil, Mihal Delijorgji, its administrator Dritan Minxholi and the former head of MEICO-Albania’s arms export agency were charged on Thursday with murder.

Alba-Demil was the company that managed the demolition work at the blast site, while Pinari, as the head of MEICO, was in charge in supervising the demolition work at the site.

The three defends face from 20 years to life in prison, if found guilty.

The blast at an army depot in the village of Gerdec, only ten kilometers outside Tirana, killed 26 people, injured more than 300 and over 3000 left homeless.

According to the emergency services, 400 houses were totally destroyed, 188 have been severely damaged, 200 sustained major damage and 1600 others were slightly damaged.

Estimates published by the Albanian government the explosion caused more than €15 million in damage to the surrounding area.

The explosions began when workers were moving stocks of old Chinese and Soviet shells stored at the base, a central collection point for the arsenal amassed by the communist-era dictatorship of Enver Hoxha.

Albania has been trying for years to dismantle the obsolete arsenal, which was one of the conditions for the country’s successful entry into NATO.

Is Afghanistan a Narco-State?

On March 1, 2006, I met Hamid Karzai for the first time. It was a clear, crisp day in Kabul. The Afghan president joined President and Mrs. Bush, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Ambassador Ronald Neumann to dedicate the new United States Embassy. He thanked the American people for all they had done for Afghanistan. I was a senior counternarcotics official recently arrived in a country that supplied 90 percent of the world’s heroin. I took to heart Karzai’s strong statements against the Afghan drug trade. That was my first mistake.

Over the next two years I would discover how deeply the Afghan government was involved in protecting the opium trade — by shielding it from American-designed policies. While it is true that Karzai’s Taliban enemies finance themselves from the drug trade, so do many of his supporters. At the same time, some of our NATO allies have resisted the anti-opium offensive, as has our own Defense Department, which tends to see counternarcotics as other people’s business to be settled once the war-fighting is over. The trouble is that the fighting is unlikely to end as long as the Taliban can finance themselves through drugs — and as long as the Kabul government is dependent on opium to sustain its own hold on power.

It wasn’t supposed to be like this. When I attended an Afghanistan briefing for Anne Patterson on Dec. 1, 2005, soon after she became assistant secretary of state for international narcotics and law-enforcement affairs, she turned to me with her characteristic smile and said, “What have we gotten ourselves into?” We had just learned that in the two previous months Afghan farmers had planted almost 60 percent more poppy than the year before, for a total of 165,000 hectares (637 square miles). The 2006 harvest would be the biggest narco-crop in history. That was the challenge we faced. Patterson — already a three-time ambassador — made me her deputy at the law-enforcement bureau, which has anti-crime programs in dozens of countries.

At the beginning of 2006, I went to the high-profile London Conference on Afghanistan. It was a grand event mired in deception, at least with respect to the drug situation. Everyone from the Afghan delegation and most in the international community knew that poppy cultivation and heroin production would increase significantly in 2006. But the delegates to the London Conference instead dwelled on the 2005 harvest, which was lower than that of 2004, principally because of poor weather and market manipulation by drug lords like Sher Muhammad Akhundzada, who had been governor of the heroin capital of the world — Helmand Province — and then a member of Afghanistan’s Parliament. So the Afghans congratulated themselves on their tremendous success in fighting drugs even as everyone knew the problem was worse than ever.

About three months later, after meeting with local officials in Helmand — my helicopter touched down in the middle of a poppy field — I went to the White House to brief Vice President Cheney, Secretary Rice, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and others on the expanding opium problem. I advocated a policy replicating what had worked in other countries: public education about the evils of heroin and the illegality of cultivating poppies; alternative crops; eradication of poppy fields; interdiction of drug shipments and arrest of traffickers; and improvements to the judicial system.

I emphasized at this and subsequent meetings that crop eradication, although claiming less than a third of the $500 million budgeted for Afghan counternarcotics, was the most controversial part of the program. But because no other crop came even close to the value of poppies, we needed the threat of eradication to force farmers to accept less-lucrative alternatives. (Eradication was an essential component of successful anti-poppy efforts in Guatemala, Southeast Asia and Pakistan.) The most effective method of eradication was the use of herbicides delivered by crop-dusters. But Karzai had long opposed aerial eradication, saying it would be misunderstood as some sort of poison coming from the sky. He claimed to fear that aerial eradication would result in an uprising that would cause him to lose power. We found this argument perplexing because aerial eradication was used in rural areas of other poor countries without a significant popular backlash. The chemical used, glyphosate, was a weed killer used all over the United States, Europe and even Afghanistan. (Drug lords use it in their gardens in Kabul.) There were volumes of evidence demonstrating that it was harmless to humans and became inert when it hit the ground. My assistant at the time was a Georgia farmer, and he told me that his father mixed glyphosate with his hands before applying it to their orchards.

she got the story firsthand from Lt. Gen. Karl Eikenberry, who commanded all U.S. forces in Afghanistan. He made it clear: drugs are bad, but his orders were that drugs were not a priority of the U.S. military in Afghanistan. Patterson explained to Eikenberry that, when she was ambassador to Colombia, she saw the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) finance their insurgency with profits from the cocaine trade, and she warned Eikenberry that the risk of a narco-insurgency in Afghanistan was very high. Eikenberry was familiar with the Colombian situation, but the Pentagon strategy was “sequencing” — defeat the Taliban, then have someone else clean up the drug business.

The Drug Enforcement Administration worked the heroin trafficking and interdiction effort with the Afghans. They targeted kingpins and disrupted drug-smuggling networks. The D.E.A. had excellent agents in Afghanistan, but there were not enough of them, and they had seemingly unending difficulties getting Mi-17 helicopters and other equipment that the Pentagon promised for the training of the counternarcotics police of Afghanistan. In addition, the Pentagon had reneged on a deal to allow the D.E.A. the use of precious ramp space at the Kabul airport. Consequently, the effort to interdict drug shipments and arrest traffickers had stalled. Less than 1 percent of the opium produced in Afghanistan was being seized there. The effort became even more complicated later in 2006, when Benjamin Freakley, the two-star U.S. general who ran the eastern front, shut down all operations by the D.E.A. and Afghan counternarcotics police in Nangarhar — a key heroin-trafficking province. The general said that antidrug operations were an unnecessary obstacle to his military operations……………..

The Western media in chorus blame the Taliban and the warlords. Western officials are said to believe that “the trade is controlled by 25 smugglers including three government ministers.” (Guardian, op. cit).  

Yet in a bitter irony, US military presence has served to restore rather than eradicate the drug trade. Opium production has increased 33 fold from 185 tons in 2001 under the Taliban to 6100 tons in 2006. Cultivated areas have increased 21 fold since the 2001 US-led invasion.

What the media reports fail to acknowledge is that the Taliban government was instrumental in 2000-2001 in implementing a successful drug eradication program, with the support and collaboration of the UN.

Implemented in 2000-2001, the Taliban’s drug eradication program led to a 94 percent decline in opium cultivation. In 2001, according to UN figures, opium production had fallen to 185 tons. Immediately following the October 2001 US led invasion, production increased dramatically, regaining its historical levels.

The Vienna based UN Office on Drugs and Crime estimates that the 2006 harvest will be of the order of 6,100 tonnes, 33 times its production levels in 2001 under the Taliban government (3200 % increase in 5 years).

Multibillion dollar trade

According to the UN, Afghanistan supplies in 2006 some 92 percent of the world’s supply of opium, which is used to make heroin.

The UN estimates that for 2006, the contribution of the drug trade to the Afghan economy is of the order of 2.7 billion. What it fails to mention is the fact that more than 95 percent of the revenues generated by this lucrative contraband accrues to business syndicates, organized crime and banking and financial institutions. A very small percentage accrues to farmers and traders in the producing country.

The foregoing estimates are consistent with the UN’s assessment concerning the size and magnitude of the global drug trade.

The Afghan trade in opiates (92 percent of total World production of opiates) constitutes a large share of the worldwide annual turnover of narcotics, which was estimated by the United Nations to be of the order of $400-500 billion.

In The Politics of Heroin: CIA Complicity in the Global Drug Trade, whose 1972 edition the CIA tried to suppress, Alfred W. McCoy writes, Although the drug pandemic of the 1980s had complex causes, the growth in global heroin supply could be traced, in large part, to two key aspects of U.S. policy: the failure of the DEA’s interdiction efforts and the CIA’s covert operations. By attacking heroin trafficking in separate sectors of Asia’s extended opium zone in isolation, the DEA simply diverted heroin exports from America to Europe and shifted opium production from southern Asia to Southeast Asia and back again–raising both global consumption and production with each move. Moreover, the increasing opium harvest in Burma and Afghanistan, America’s major suppliers were largely the product of CIA covert operations. [Alfred W. Writing in today’s Guardian, Patrick Wintour informs us: Afghanistan’s opium economy will take up to 20 years to eradicate and require a £1bn investment from world leaders, according to a government study published yesterday. … Its conclusions came as the UN produced fresh figures on the opium trade. The UN’s Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) believes this year’s crop will be similar to, or slightly lower than, last year’s record harvest. … In 2007 Afghanistan had more land growing drugs than Colombia, Bolivia and Peru combined. This is the sad face of the “new” Afghanistan, “liberated” from the ISI-linked Taliban and hailed by the toxic Bush regime as the first “success” of its ballyhooed (and malign) “war on terror.” Preoccupied with stoning uppity women, applying sharia “law” (fully the “moral equivalent” of Blackwater Christian Crusaders), censoring journalists or padding Dubai bank accounts with assets looted from the Afghan people, the puppet Karzai regime — like the Taliban before it, and now — have a limitless source of “product” on hand to fuel their rapacious appetite for boodle. UNODC’s chief, Antonio Maria Costa, commenting on the report warns, “Europe and other major heroin markets should brace themselves for the health and security consequences.” These consequences won’t be long in coming. The 102-page précis, compiled by the Department of International Development and the World Bank (dubious sources, to be sure), suggest what is needed to stem the flow of illicit drugs from the world’s number one narco state are not more guns — or U.S. Apache helicopter gunships — but a concerted effort to rebuild Afghanistan’s shattered economy. But the likelihood of this happening any time soon, given America’s propensity for shady alliances with far-right drug- and warlords, say in Colombia or Kosovo just for kicks, is virtually nil. One might reasonably ask, what has become of the billions of dollars in “development” aid doled out by U.S., Asian and European taxpayers? According to Anthony Fontenot and Ajmal Maiwandi, just about what one would expect from an American military and CIA “liberation” racket: Amid the ruined mud-bricked buildings of a city that has been devastated by war and neglect, divided into sinister, heavily fortified, military compounds, and occupied by armed local and foreign mercenaries, stand randomly dispersed extravaganzas of glass-and-tile palaces: symbols of the plunder that currently provides the economic base for the “reborn” Kabul. One result of the so-called War on Terror in Afghanistan is that vast amounts of money are now pouring into luxury real estate. [”Capitol of Chaos: The New Afghanistan of Warlords and Infidels,” in Evil Paradises, New York: The New Press, 2007, p. 69] Yes, “luxury real estate.” As if Kabul were a deranged subdivision in southern California, Afghan warlords and the local equivalent of the “Real Housewives of Orange County” loll in sumptuary excess. No matter that the masses of impoverished Afghan farmers and proletarians literally starve to death, their assets (such as they are in a society devastated by decades of war fought on behalf of foreign masters) expropriated by criminal gangs dressed to kill in Armani suits. Fontenot and Maiwandi report: “As in many parts of the world dominated by chaos and the naked struggle for power, the eccentric Afghan aesthetic forged by businessmen, militia commanders, drug barons, and warlords represents the first signs of an emerging postwar order and pathology. … a collage of generic international products fused with kitsch samplings of Afghan vernacular architecture and textile patterns, all of which reflect the schizophrenic psyche of a war-torn society.” [op. cit. p. 75] Such is the terminal logic of U.S. militarism, where CIA “specialists” and corporate mercenaries are the shock troops of a predatory capitalism gone wild. Like marauding Borg threatening to “assimilate” the entire planet to a cultural wasteland of shopping malls, the international drug traffic fuels an endless cycle of violence, where, in the immortal words of robber-baroness Leona Helmsley, “the little people” always pay the price.

24 July 2008 Tirana _ An Albanian Socialist Party leader has presented Prime Minister Sali Berisha with an erotic dictionary as a gift aiming to satirize the Premier’s brawl with a Socialist MP.

The tape purportedly shows Socialist deputy Taulant Balla claiming there is a rift within the Berisha family because the Prime Minister’s daughter wanted to become a minister.

As Balla continued his speech which was specifically related to the supplementary budget, Berisha lashed out at him.

“What will happen to you sister, a lowlife prostitute in motels will end,” the Prime Minister is heard telling Balla.

“Does your sister screw in motels or hotels?” Berisha asks Balla.

Then the argument escalated and parliamentary speaker Jozefina Topalli, orders the National Guard serviceman to throw Balla out.

The opposition condemned speaker Topalli and Berisha for their behaviour and requested apologies.

The deputy head of the Socialist parliamentary group, Erjon Brace presented the premier with an erotic dictionary, which according to Brace would help Berisha better understand the meaning of the foul words he used.

“This is a gift to better explain to the Prime Minister, what ‘whorehouse’ and ‘prostitute’ means,” said Brace in parliament.

Hintergrund waren Äußerungen Ballas über die Berisha-Familie im Zusammenhang mit einer Umbildung der Regierung. Die Parlamentspräsidentin Jozefina Topalli ließ nach diesem Zwischenfall die Live-Übertragung der Sitzung beenden.

Karadzic nutzte Ausweis eines toten Serben

Für seine langjährige Flucht hat Radovan Karadzic Originalausweise eines verstorbenen Serben genutzt. Nach Angaben seines Anwalts ist der mutmaßliche Kriegsverbrecher “stolz” auf sein Wirken in Bosnien.

Belgrad - Karadzic soll seine zwölfjährige Flucht auch durch Geld finanziert haben, das er aus der Nationalbank der bosnischen Serbenrepublik entwendet hatte. Dem früheren Präsidenten der Serbenrepublik sei 1997 erlaubt worden, aus den Banktresoren insgesamt 36 Millionen D-Mark mitzunehmen, berichtete die in Sarajevo erscheinende Zeitung “Dnevni avaz”.

Karadzic: “Stolz” auf sein Wirken in Bosnien

Das Blatt zitierte aus einem vor drei Jahren geführten Interview mit dem heutigen Regierungschef der Serbenrepublik, Milorad Dodik, Karadzic habe einmal Banknoten im Wert von 28 Millionen D-Mark (DM) und ein paar Tage später von acht Millionen DM in Taschen aus dem Bankgebäude in Banja Luka getragen. Er war damals schon vom Uno-Kriegsverbrechertribunal angeklagt und ohne jede politische Funktion. Die DM war damals in allen ehemaligen jugoslawischen Staaten inoffizielles Zahlungsmittel.Seit 1998 soll Karadzic für seine Flucht Originalausweise eines fünf Jahre zuvor in Sarajevo gestorbenen Serben genutzt haben. Das berichtete die Belgrader Zeitung “Danas” unter Berufung auf Polizeiquellen. Die Personalpapiere auf den Namen Dragan David Dabic seien von der Polizei in der Stadt Ruma (50 Kilometer nordwestlich von Belgrad) ausgestellt worden.

Karadzics Anwalt Svetozar Vujavic berichtete, sein Mandant sei “stolz” auf sein Wirken in Bosnien während des Bürgerkrieges (1992-1995). “Karadzic wird in Den Haag erklären, dass er stolz auf alles ist, was er getan hat und dass er das serbische Volk in Bosnien-Herzegowina gerettet hat”, sagte der Anwalt der Zeitung “Politika”: “Er wird beweisen, dass die Anschuldigungen auf Lügen fußen und dass er nur angeklagt ist, weil er Serbe ist”.

Der US Botschafter John Withers II in Tirana warnt in einem Brief vom 21.7.2008 die Albanische Parlaments Präsidentin Jozefina Topalli

Die Amerikaner sprechen sich auf Grund von Fakten und Beweisen vor allem gegen die Parlaments Sprecherin Jozefina Topalli und enge Vertraute von Salih Berisha! Jozefina Topalli, wurde im übrigen als Aussenministerin, schon von der US Botschafterin Ries abgelehnt, weil angeblich Jozefina Topalli nicht genügend Englisch Kenntnisse hat. Hintergründe sind aber Verwicklungen von Jozefina Topalli in Korruptive Geschäfte und Verbindungen, wobei Jozefina Topalli nicht der hellste Kopf ist und ziemlich naiv oft daher plabbert.

Konkret geht es in dem Brief vom 21.7.2008 des US Botschafters um eine sehr massive Beschwerde, weil die Parlaments Sprecherin, kurz gesagt die Ausländischen Diplomaten aus dem Parlament warf, als die General Staatsanwältin INA RAMA, ihren Jahres Bericht im Parlament vorlesen sollte. Die für die Diplomaten reservierte Zuschauer Tribüne, war auf den Befehl von Topalli geschlossen worden und Withers warnt in seinem Brief Topaali derartige Dinge nochmal zu unternehmen.

Kurz gesagt ist die Frau bescheuert, denn die Amerikaner bezahlen über das OPDAT Programm praktisch die Organisation der neuen Task Force Polizei mit eigener Politisch unabhängiger Staatsanwaltschaft! Diese Task Force ist etwas zu erfolgreich, und gefällt inzwischen den Mafiösen Hintermännern von diversen Politikern nicht mehr.

Juli 2008, als man alle neuen illegalen Bars, Restaurant in der Masterzone A ab der neuen Universität von Durres an den Stränden zerstörte und die illegalen Strom Leitungen der Politischen Mafia unterbrach, welche wie seit Jahren einfach Öffentliche Strände zu betonieren usw.. unten die härtesten illegalen Restaurant gegenüber der neuen Universität von Durres auf gestohlenen Strand Grundstück von dem Ex-Präfekten Natascho Paschko *der Ober Durres Mafiosi, welche unterbrochen wurde und wo man sich einen Millionen Profit versprochen hatte, wenn man Nördlich Durres illegale mal wieder Strand Grundstücke verkauft.

Auf jeden Fall ist damit die Karriere von Jozefina Topalli zu Ende!

Die Amerikaner haben eine Liste, über die Politiker im Parlamente! Sowas hat der BND auch mal angelegt, vor vielen Jahren. Aber wenn die Möchte Gern Diplomaten alle Hinweise auf Mafiöse Kontakte vor Ort ignorieren, wie es so schön der Amts Versager Joschka Fischer im Visa Untersuchungs Ausschuss ausplabberte (sowas wird bei uns in den Papierkorb geworfen), dann kann man sich ja denken, warum Deutschen Diplomaten so vollkommen verblödet inzwischen überall auf dem Balkan und in der Welt herumlaufen. Man gibt ihnen ganz einfach keine relevanten Infos mehr, ob es BND, CIA, PAMECA (EU Polizei Mission)oder SISMI ist. Man kann nun mal keine relevanten Informationen den IQ geschädigten Diplomaten aus dem AA und von Steinmeier geben, denn Geisteswissenschaftler welche heute als Botschafter die Welt unsicher machen und die Aufbau Hilfe im Auftrage der Mafia leiten, können einfache Dinge nun mal nicht begreifen.

Kurz gesagt, sind Deutsche Fake Aufbau Helfer und Diplomaten einfach zu bescheuert um überhaupt was zu begreifen, das man derartige Sicherheits relevanten Infos nicht weiter gibt, das es ja bekanntlich deshalb zu mehreren Ermordungen im Albaner bereits gekommen ist. siehe auch den UNMIK Vize Schook!

Një incident i rëndë diplomatik është shkak tuar në seancën parlamentare të 17 korrikut, pikërisht ditën kur Prokurorja e Përgjithshme Ina Rama, paraqiti në një sallë pothuajse bosh raportin vjetor për luftën kundër kriminalitetit dhe korrupsionit. Përfaqësues të ambasadës së Shteteve të Bashkuara dhe diplomatë të tjerë të akredituar në vendin tonë janë dëbuar nga zona e vendeve diplomatike në Parlament para se kryeprokurorja të paraqiste raportin vjetor. Lajmi që është mbajtur sekret nga administrata e Kuvendit është bërë publik nga një letër zyrtare e ambasadorit amerikan, John Withers e cila prej dy ditësh ndodhet në tavolinën e punës së kryeparlamentares, Jozefina Topalli. Duke shprehur shqetësimin e tij për këtë ngjarje të rëndë Withers e hap letrën e tij me fjalët “u trondita dhe u zhgënjeva kur mësova se përfaqësues të ambasadës së Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikës dhe diplomatë të tjerë të akredituar u dëbuan nga zona e vendeve diplomatike në Parlament para se Prokurorja e Përgjithshme, Ina Rama, të paraqiste në Parlament raportin vjetor lidhur me aktivitetet e zyrës së saj”.
Ai kritikon hapur sjelljen arrogante të administratës së Kuvendit duke vënë mandej në dukje se “dëbimi i stafit tim nga zona e posteve diplomatike ngre dyshime serioze lidhur me angazhimin e Parlamentit jo vetëm për të qenë i hapur dhe transparent, por edhe për bashkëpunimin tonë në këtë përpjekje të rëndësishme”. Withers gjithashtu thekson se “mbetem thellësisht i shqetësuar nga ky veprim dhe nga vështirësitë në rritje në të cilat po has stafi im dhe ai i misioneve të tjera diplomatike në gjetjen e mundësisë për të ndjekur seancat parlamentare”. Dumm Schnatter Wolfgang Petritsch, der Verantwortung trägt, für die Fake Verhandlungen in Ramboileau und die Inzenierung des Kosovo Krieges, als Überungs Krieg der NeoCons für den Irak Krieg, gibt wieder mal seine Kalauer von sich:

 

Es zeigt sich wieder einmal, dass die EU-Perspektive auf dem Balkan einfach immer noch die größte Attraktion hat,

 

Typische Einbildungs Vorstellungen, wenn er glaubt das die EU Perspektive eine so tolle Attraktion ist. Das klingt eher wie ein Verkaufs Argument, für seine Auftraggebern, damit er weiter ein ruhiges hoch dotiertes Leben führen kann um möglichst dumme Kommentare, der EU und US Auftraggeber von sich zu geben.

Der frühere Hohe Repräsentant für Bosnien, Wolfgang Petritsch, hält die Verhaftung für das zweitwichtigste Ereignis nach der Revolution 2000 in Serbien, sagte er zu Adelheid Wölfl.

STANDARD: War die Verhaftung von Karadzic erst durch den Regierungswechsel in Belgrad möglich?

Petritsch: Es hat grundsätzlich etwas damit zu tun. Vor allem weil es jetzt eine Koalition der Extreme gibt. Dass die einstigen Kontrahenten (die Demokraten und die Milosevic-Sozialisten, Anm.) zusammenarbeiten, hat dieses Problem Karadzic gelöst. Die Koalition ist eben nur eine scheinbare Paradoxie, denn in solchen Situationen benötigt man die Unterstützung der direkt Betroffenen.

STANDARD: Ohne Regierungsbeteiligung der Sozialisten (SPS) wäre es gar nicht zu einer Verhaftung gekommen?

Petritsch: Das war politisch sicher gut kalkuliert und ist auch der Lackmustest für die SPS. Wenn sie tatsächlich eine Rückkehr in den europäischen Mainstream möchte, ist das eine erste Konzession, ein erster Schritt.

STANDARD: Zeigt die Verhaftung, dass die Leute um Tadic einen besseren Zugriff auf die Geheimdienste haben?

Petritsch: Das hängt auch mit dem Eintritt der SPS in die Koalition zusammen. Man weiß in den Geheimdiensten: Wenn die drinsitzen, dann kann das nicht so falsch sein, wenn wir das jetzt machen müssen.
