Interpol has information that the Albanian terrorists have links with Al Qaida organization and its leader Osama Bin Laden London-based newspaper the Independent reads. The Independent reports that Interpol’s investigation team was claiming hat Osama Bin Laden was related to the Albanian criminal gangs which have wide network of trafficking in weapons and people, prostitution and racketeering throughout Europe. Interpol also has information that recently people from the Albanian criminal circles met with leaders of the Algerian terrorist organisations. The Albanian police reported that Osama Bin Laden was also present at that meeting. According to information from Interpol, one of Bin Laden’s military commander was appointed for head of the elite terrorist units of the Kosovo Liberation Army, during the Kosovo conflict in 1999.

Hashim Thaci ist sogar verwandt mit Michael Steiner inzwischen und Haradinaj und Thaci sind ja so gute Freunde und Partner der UNMIK Chefs
The ICTY, totally contravening its standard restrictions on the actions and movements of indictees given provisional release while awaiting trial, permitted Haradinaj to engage in limited political activity. This again showed a double standard in treatment. No other indictee has ever been given anything similar. A Croatian indictee on provisional release (Mladen Marka?) was abruptly ordered back to The Hague merely for going hunting.
-The problem of witness intimidation and the lack of documentary and other forms of evidence were well known. Yet in contrast to the conditionality and pressure put on Croatia, Bosnia, and Serbia to fully cooperate with ICTY, no such pressure was put on Kosovo or on Albania (there were reports of KLA war crimes being committed there against Serbs, as well as certain knowledge that it was a source of weapons and a major transfer point for personnel and resources for the KLA). No threats were ever made, for example, that the independence process of Kosovo could be delayed due to failure of the Provisional Government and all its members to fully cooperate with the ICTY.

Haliti nuk ndjehet fajtor për asnjë nga akuzat që i janë bërë
Prishtinë, 1 shkurt – Nuk ndjehet fajtorë për asnjë nga akuzat që i janë drejtuar kohëve të fundit.
Njeriu më i përfolur në mediat ndërkombëtare, Xhavit Haliti i cilësuar madje edhe si njeriu më rrezikshëm në Kosovë, ka rrëfyer për Rubikon të thënat dhe të pathënat e UÇK-ës dhe rrugëtimit të tij deri më sot. Ai ka mohuar çdo akuzë të raporti të Martit si dhe atij të NATO-s. Duke potencuar se ishte lidhja e vetme mes UÇK-së dhe shteti të Shqipërisë, Haliti ka sqaruar se marrëdhëniet e tij me Fatos Nanon, Fatos Klosin e SHISH-in kanë qenë të tillat për shkak të rrethanave dhe sipas tij të tilla marrëdhënie ka pasur edhe me Sali Berishën e Ramiz Alinë. Thotë se nuk ka të bëjë asgjë më vrasjet e, Ilir Konushevcit, Ali Ukës, Ahmet Krasniqit e Xhemajl Mustafës. Halit ka thënë se jeton me paga e deputeti dhe kursimet e tij nga koha kur ka jetuar në Zvicër, por gjithashtu ka thënë se e ndihmojnë edhe vëllezërit. Thotë se me Bujar Bukoshin nuk flet që nga 98. Arsyet e prishjes se miqësisë e cila sipas tij nuk zgjati më shumë se 3 vjet nuk mund ti sqaroj ndonëse shprehet se nuk e di a është hidhëruar Bukoshi me të apo e kundërta.
